Il est des traditions fières et splendides comme la Tbourida, communément nommée Fantasia, qui montre la forte relation qui unit l'homme au cheval. Rappelant les charges des ancêtres du pays contre les envahisseurs, cet exercice guerrier se termine par une décharge de fusils à poudre, tenus par des cavaliers adroits et synchronisés. Si chaque tribu (sorba) possède ses couleurs et ses broderies particulières, toutes ont un commun un rituel qui précède leur chevauchée.

Khouribga city driving tour أجمل جولة في شوارع مدينة خريبكة
خريبگة مدينة مغربية تقع في وسط النصف الشمالي للمملكة وهي عاصمة إقليم خريبكة التابع لجهة بني ملال-خنيفرة ويبلغ عدد سكانها 193،372 نسمة حسب الإحصاء العام للسكان والسكنى لسنة 2014.
تبعد بمسافة 107 كيلومتر عن مدينة الدار البيضاء، وب 157 كيلومتر عن العاصمة الرباط و200 كيلومتر عن مدينة مراكش و99 كيلومتر عن مدينة بني ملال و60 كيلومتر عن مدينة سطات.
ترتفع عن سطح البحر بجوالي 820 مترا نظرا لتواجدها على هضبة الفوسفاط المعروفة أيضا باسم هضبة ورديغة وتأسست المدينة سنة 1923م من طرف سلطات الحماية الفرنسية عندما اكتشفوا الفوسفاط في الإقليم ويتواجد مقر مجموعة المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط بهذه المدينة ويعتبر إقليمها أكبر مصدر للفوسفاط في العالم إذ توجد عدة مناجم أبرزها منجم سيدي شنان بالقرب من مدينة وادي زم التابعة لإقليم خريبكة والتي تبعد عنها بمسافة 30 كيلومتر وقرية بولنوار المنجمية (5 كيلومتر) وبلدة بوجنيبة (10 كيلومتر) وبلدةحطان (المعروفة باسم «الشعبة» نظرا لارتفاعها وكثرة شعبها) ويحد إقليم خريبكةمن الشرق إقليم بني ملال ومن الغرب إقليم برشيد ومن الجنوب إقليم سطات ومن الشمال الخميسات ابن سليمان.
يزخر إقليم خريبكة بثروة منجمية مهمة، حيث تحتل المرتبة الأولى على الصعيد الوطني بتوفرها على احتياطي جد مهم من الفوسفات بالمغرب يقدر ب 37.35 مليار م3 إلى غاية 1 يناير 2000 لا ننسى أيضا أن مدينة خريبكة من المدن الأكثر جلبا للعملة الصعبة وذلك بحكم جاليتها المقيمة بإيطاليا.
Khouribga (Berber languages: ⵅⵯⵔⵉⴱⴳⴰ, romanized: xʷribga; Arabic: خريبڭة, romanized: ḵurībga, [xuriːbɡa]) is the capital of Khouribga Province in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region, Morocco. With a population of 196,196 (2014 census),[1] Khouribga owes its growth to the phosphate deposits nearby.
Located at 120 km from Casablanca, 154 km from the capital, Rabat, more than 200 km from the city of Marrakesh, and about 99 km from the city of Beni Mellal and 60 km from the city of Settat and 34 km from the city of Oued Zem.
Khouribga is located 820 meters above sea level on the Ouardigha plateau. The city was founded in 1923 by the authorities of the French protectorate when they discovered phosphate in the region, for which Morocco is considered to be the biggest exporter in the world. There are several mines in the province, most notably the mine of Sidi Shennan near the town of Oued Zem, which lies 30 km from the village of Boulanouar (5 km) and the town of Boujniba (10 km) and the village of Hattane.
The Province of Khouribga is bordered by the Province of Beni Mellal in the east, Province of Ben Slimane in the west, the Province of Settat in the south, and Khémisset Province in the north.

Beni Mellal City أجمل جولة في شوارع مدينة بني ملال
بني ملال :(بالأمازيغية: ⴰⵢⵜ ⵎⵍⵍⴰⵍ) هي مدينة مغربية وعاصمة إقليم بني ملال في جهة بني ملال خنيفرة، وهي تبعد عن مدينة الدار البيضاء بـ 210 كلم (عبر الطريق السيار). يحدها شرقاً جماعة فم العنصر، وغرباً جماعة أولاد امبارك، وفي الشمال الشرقي أولاد يعيش وتاكزيرت، وفي الشمال الغربي فم اودي. وتمتد المساحة الحضرية بنسبة 85% على السهل بينما تتمركز أحيائها الأخرى على مشارف الجبال الأطلسية المحادية للمدينة، كأوربيع وبوعشوش وأيت ورير وعين الغازي. كما تقع بين القطبين الثقافيين مدينة فاس و مراكش.
تعتبر مدينة بني ملال ذات تاريخ عريق في مجال المعارك الحربية والتي أثبتته الكهوف القديمة والأسوار الحديثة، هذه الكهوف كانت ملاذا للسكان في القدم بينما القصبات المحمية بالأسوار كانت مكاناً للحماية من العدو خلال مرحلة الإستعمار الفرنسي الذي بذل جهداً كبيراً في كشف خرائط الكهوف بالمدينة. ولمدينة بني ملال جذور في ما قبل التاريخ وهو ما تثبته الكهوف والمغاور والخرب السحيقة التي لا حصر لها في بني ملال والتي توحي باستقرار الإنسان منذ قبل التاريخ بالمنطقة. فالباحثون في مجال التاريخ لا زالوا قيد البحث بدراسة تاريخ الإنسان وآثاره في منطقة دير بني ملال، والكهوف أنجزت من طرف الأمازيغيين سكان المغرب الأوائل.
وعموماً فتاريخ مدينة بني ملال يرتبط بتاريخ قصبة تادلة حتى مطلع القرن 19، حيث بنى المرابطون حصن داي بعدما حاصروا المدينة لمدة 10 سنوات لتتحول بعد ذلك إلى زاوية الصومعة ذات المعمار المرابطي، وترك السعديين الزاوية الزيدانية التي عمرت من طرف السلطان زيدان بن أحمد المنصور، وفي عهد العلويين قام المولى إسماعيل ببناء قصبة تادلة والقصبة الكوشية سنة 1688 ثم توسعت القصبة الكوشية إلى قصبة بني ملال خلال القرن 20، ثم إنفصلت بني ملال عن قبائل تادلة في مطلع القرن 19 حتى خضعت للإستعمار الفرنسي سنة 1916.
Beni Mellal (Arabic: بني ملال, Berber languages: ⴰⵢⵜ ⵎⵍⵍⴰⵍ, romanized: Ayt Mellal) is a city in north-central Morocco. It is the capital of the Béni Mellal-Khénifra Region and has a population of 192,676 (2014 census). It sits at the foot of Jbel Tassemit (2247 m), and next to the plains of Beni Amir.
The walls of the city go back to Moulay Ismail, in 1688, as well as the Kasbah Bel-Kush but most of the city is quite modern and forms an important economic centre for the region particularly in the areas of petrochemical production as well as textile manufacturing which forms the backbone of the wider community. Local agricultural products as oranges, olives, figs etc. find their way to the market via Beni Mellal.
The city has good connections via the road to Casablanca to the East and lies on the ancient route - now a national road - from Fez to Marrakech. The national rail-operator ONCF is also extending the railtrack from Casablanca to (nearby) Oued Zem to the city.

لكن رغم أن وسط المدينة مبني بطريقة حديثة وعصرية ويحتوي على المرافق المدنية المختلفة كمحلات و مولات و شوارع واسعة إلا أنه لا يخلو من لمسة مراكشية متميزة تتجلى بالأساس في اختيار الألوان المائلة في الغالب إلى اللون الأحمر و هو اللون المسيطر على مراكش، والتي تجعل المدينة الجديدة في مراكش تختلف عن غيرها في مدن أخرى كالدار البيضاء و طنجة التي يغلب عليهما البياض
تتميز مراكش بجوها الرائع والصحي وكذلك بانبساط أرضها مما يجعلها المكان المثالي لرياضة المشي
This is the modern side of Marrakech, because the red city is a mix of old architecture because it is one of the old imperial cities of Morocco and it was the capital of many empires that existed in North West Africa, and the modern architecture.
despite being very modern and having all the new typical buildings that a new metropolitan cities have like wide streets, malls, shopping centers, magazines of famous brands and restaurants such as McDonalds and KFC, Gueliz still gets to keep its authentic vibe, that shows mainly in the choice of colors which is nothing but different shades of red, the dominant color of Marrakech. That and many other factors make the new city of Marrakech different from other new cities like the ones in Casablanca or Tangier that are mainly white colored.
Marrakech is famous for having an amazing healthy weather, and also for being flat, which makes it the perfect place for long walks.
