One of the central cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, an important node city in the “Belt and Road” strategy, an important node city in the northeastern Sichuan urban agglomeration, an excellent tourist city in China, a national garden city, a national clean energy demonstration city, a central city in a dense urban area in Nansuiguang, One of the top 200 charming cities with Chinese characteristics. Nanchong is located in the northeast of Sichuan Province and the middle reaches of the Jialing River. It is named after being in the south of Chongguo. Nanjing, abbreviate as Ning, the capital of Jiangsu province in China and the deputy provincial city of Jiangsu province, is the provincial political, economical and cultural center. Nanjing is situated in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, at 32°03’N and 118°47’E. With the 'golden waterway' Yangtze River flowing through the city, it is 380km from the Yangtze River’s estuary to the sea, and about 300km to Shanghai, the largest city of China (bullet train: about 1.5 hours).
The total area of Nanjing is 6598 square kilometers, including 4728 square kilometers as urban area, and its total population is 8. 2161 million (2014).
Nanjing is in the monsoon climate area of north subtropical zone.
