Best place for children kids and families to spend the weekends and to enjoy the day.It will take a complete day to watch all the animals.The food inside is also good and priced reasonably.Taking food inside is permitted.There are plenty of options available to go around: Toy Train, battery operated vehicles, cycles. Please don't carry any plastic cover or bag pack it's not allowed inside.Reach early so that you can cover the whole zoo and also get some time for rest.

A really Wonderful Experience, It's a just awesome place I just love it all water rides are amazing. Amazing place to visit with friends and family. Escape water park is really a wonderful place to enjoy your day especially if its a summer one. Kids love this place. Good rides and slides. Excellent place for fun and frolic. The young will enjoy a lot. The water games are fantastic. The changing room and locker system are well maintained. The staff is really courteous and obliges with any special requests you have at ride places. The food court offers decent variety and is maintained clean. The pricing is pretty affordable. Make sure to carry synthetic clothes for water rides. Or you could buy from the stores inside the park. An overall nice place to enjoy the weekend.

Vikarabad is just 75 KM away from Hyderabad. It is called Ooty of Telangana. It is the only hill station near to Hyderabad.
Ananthagiri Hills is located 10 km from Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana, India. The hills are the main water source for Osmansagar and Himayathsagar. It is considered as one of the dense forests in Telangana region. Ananthagiri has a famous temple located in this forested region, which is also the birthplace of Musi River. It is situated at a distance of about 90 km from Hyderabad City and a popular destination for trekking and for those who love adventure. It is also considered one of the earliest human habitat areas in South India. Ancient caves, medieval fort like structures and ancient temple shows the history of the area.
It is a much sought after place, which is covered, by red soil and ideal for some adventure sports. Visitors rate it as one of most beautiful places for a weekend get away from Hyderabad. The road is in good condition, which takes you into the dense forests with beautiful trees and streams all along the way. Near the lighthouse if you take a 2 km diversion, you can reach the topmost point in the Vikarabad region, which offers an excellent view point. A trip to Vikarabad on a cloudy day with a little drizzle is simply an unforgettable experience and it is a poor man’s Ooty in summer.

The city of Hyderabad has been given a whole new feel with the opening of another amazing place. The Gandipet Eco Park has become an attraction in Greater Hyderabad, which has evolved into a global city. A park built on 18 acres is available to the residents of the city.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has created a pleasant green park on the embankment of the Gandipet Reservoir for Rs 35.6 crore. This park was inaugurated by Telangana IT Minister KTR.
Gandipet Eco Park has become more special in Hyderabad which is already the center of many historical buildings. Apart from the suburbs of the city, it is very close to the outer ring road, so it is convenient for tourists to visit.
Located only a few kilometers from Gandipet, Kokapet, Narsingh, and Manikonda, this park will delight nature lovers as well as suburbanites.
A large open-air theater has been built in the Gandipet Eco Park. It also features symbols of Telangana’s culture and traditions and several pieces of art. The greenery in the park is stunning, especially for those who love the outdoors of art. This park is also a delight for those who love greenery.
Not only this, Minister KTR laid the foundation stone for the eco-park to be developed by HMDA on 125 acres with another 75 crore rupees. An infinity pool, an aquarium, luxurious wooden cottages, camping tents, an aviary, and a butterfly garden will be set up in it.
Apart from this, this eco-park is being constructed with gazebos, pergolas, a boardwalk, and foot courts. Gandipet Park established by HMDA will be another beauty for the city.
With the increase in population in the city, the problem of environmental pollution is increasing. In this program, HMDA is developing green parks. As a part of that, Gandipet Eco Park will provide a peaceful atmosphere.
It has become a wonderful and pleasant park for the people living in the metropolitan city of Hyderabad to spend their weekends comfortably. The park will be busy with visitors in the coming days.

It took us around 2 hrs to explore the zoo by Buggy / battery operated Van
If you do Safari then more time will be required for safari ride .
We have to buy separate tickets each time i.e for entry in zoo, then can for toy train, battery vans, safari rides etc.
We have to walk to see the animals . incase you dont want to walk you can take toy train ride. But from toy train, you cannot get down and see animals. we have to see animals from the train itself.
They are benches and places to sit and relax at the zoo.
One can reach the zoo park within 30 minutes from Hyderabad city center by road, either by bus or taxi or car.

The Bhagyanagar Nandanavanam urban lung space at Narepally is situated at about 25 Km from Hyderabad towards Ghatkesar Mandal, on Hyderabad-Warangal road in Medchal District .

Shamirpet Lake is an artificial lake near Hyderabad, India, it is about 24 kilometers north of Secunderabad. Telangana Tourism is actually maintaining this place really good
The lake attracts many birds, making it a good birdwatching spot. A resort run by the Government of Telangana is located near the lake. The Outer Ring Road will pass close to the lake. This one of the good tourist places to visit near Hyderabad
Bikers, Cyclists can go for sunrise or sunset trip. And, Shamirpet lake will be weekend getaways from hyderabad
