Mysenelva, en del av Hæravassdraget, renner tett inntil Mysen by fra Susebakkefossen i øst til Spinnerifossen i vest.
Fra Susebakkepølen til Kloppa, en strekning på drøyt 3 km. er det opparbeidet og anlagt en sti langs elva. Stien har fått navnet Helsestien og er tilknyttet en rundløype om Høytorp Fort. Hele traseen er ca. 6,5 km.
Helsestien langs Mysenelva er tilgjengelig for alle, også bevegelseshemmede, d.v.s. at den er fremkommelig med rullestol. Det er bygget 2 flotte bruer og 2 brygger. I løpet av 2019 ferdigstilles lys på hele strekningen. Ellers finnes 10 sitte-/raste-/grillplasser som alle turgåere kan benytte. På to forskjellige steder er det montert ulike treningsapparater til fri benyttelse. Kanoer og tråbåter er tilgjengelig for gratis utlån.
Helsestien egner seg godt for turgåing, trimming/trening, sykling, rekreasjon og fisking langs elvebredden.
Helsestien langs Mysenelva er blitt et særdeles populært objekt i Mysen. Ikke bare folk fra Mysen og Eidsberg benytter seg av stien, men fra hele regionen og mer enn det.
Helsestien langs Mysenelva er opparbeidet og anlagt av Mysenelvas Venner som ble stiftet 30. juni 2011. Alt arbeid, bortsett fra bygging av bruene, er utført som ulønnet dugnadsarbeid med økonomisk støtte fra banker, fond, stiftelser, lag og foreninger, Østfold Fylkeskommune og private.

10 minutes of astonishing Norway from helicopter view
10 minutes clip about 6days trip to Norway in July 2020. We flew with R44 Raven1. 3 of us departed from central Poland and flew up to Tromso in Norway visiting Lofoten and flying mostly over coastline. All trip was about 35hours flying time and was pure joy, totally exciting all trip with amazing views and places one would love to come back asap. We fly all over Europe with various helicopters types, around Greece, Mayorka, Italy etc, but whenever there is a chance to fly North, especially Norway, we will always choose this direction.

Reykjavik to Oslo and Anker Hostel review - RTW Day 40 - Two Minute Travel
My big fear for yesterday was that we couldn't fly out of Reykjavik because of the storm above. Well thankfully that blew over, and we were on our way from Reykjavik to Oslo. My tip – book not just the Airport bus, but pay about $5NZD extra to get dropped off and picked up from your hotel. Considering all the footpaths are covered in snow and ice, this will go a long way towards having a healthy relationship with your fellow travellers.
Reykjavik Airport is super quiet. There’s one cafe before security, and after security, there’s about eight duty free shops, three food places, and that’s it. I think Wellington Airport has more variety in shops. But considering the country only has around 300,000 people, I guess this can be forgiven. Iceland tourism is growing at a rapid pace, with 500,000 visitors three years ago, and now 1 million visitors this year. As this happens, all the tourism related infrastructure, like signage, like tours, like roads, are all struggling to keep up. And now that tourism has surpassed fishing as Iceland’s largest revenue earner, they’ll need to work hard on making things easier for tourists.
Once again, we landed at Oslo Airport. One nice feeling is the feeling of familiarity. You don’t get it very often when travelling to new places. And you’d be surprised how stressful it is to always make these little decisions. How do you buy a train ticket? Which platform? Which escalator? Which bus terminal? Where’s the ATM? Because we’d been to Oslo Airport once before, we knew exactly where the train station was, how much tickets were, what terminal to wait for the train, the familiarity of it all made in about 100% less stressful. Sure, the excitement of travel is seeing things that are new, but the excitement of figuring out what bus terminal to catch the bus at grows tired after about the 40th time or so.
We got off at Oslo Station, and walked to our hostel, Anker Hostel. The online reviews of the place were appalling, and we were prepared to abandon that place, and the $120 NZD the place costs, and stay somewhere nicer if the reviews came true. Anker Hostel was located in the rough part of Oslo, which didn’t really seem that rough. It reminded me a lot of the Whitechapel area of London, sure, I wouldn’t want to live there, but staying a night wasn’t so bad.
Anker Hostel itself was weird. If you’ve ever stayed at a high school camp, well, that’s what the room was like. Even though we paid for a private twin room, we got an eight person dorm room. This price was more expensive than the four star hotel we stayed at at Reykjavik, and we had to bring our own soap, and rent sheets! We were so tired, I don’t think we cared, and then we slept.
