Muzaffargarh city to Multan distance is forty-one Km, in this area, mostly wheat, sugarcane, and cotton are grown. There are also Citrus and Mango farms in large numbers. I wanted to explore this area with detail but due to Corona Pandemic, I'm not stopping. I have to reach home before LockDown. Multan is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Asia, with a history stretching deep into antiquity. The ancient city was the site of the renowned Multan Sun Temple,and was besieged by Alexander the Great during the Mallian Campaign.A historic cultural centre of the wider Punjab, it was conquered by the Ummayad military commander Muhammad bin Qasim.The city later became independent as the capital of the Emirate of Multan in 855 A.D., before subsequently coming under the rule of empires such as the Ghaznavids, the Ghurids and the Mamluks. In 1445, it became capital of the Langah Sultanate. In 1526, it was conquered by the Mughal Empire. Pakistan with the assistance of Japan (country) has recently completed the Asia's Second Largest Steel Bridge in Fort Munro (Dera Ghazi Khan) Pakistan in 2020. This bridge is constructed in Girdu Section of Suleman Range near Dera Ghazi Khan. It covers 1.5 km trough 8 hanging steel bridge structures. This project was named as Raakhi Gaaj Project. The cost of total project is 1.2 Billion rupees. This bridge is constructed to mitigate the hazard of land sliding which affects the road as well as the vehicle passage. The road and steel bridge is constructed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The budget for this bridge was also provided by Japan Government. Fort Munro (Urdu: 9s ygs), (Balochi: sl aï or gjis Ujgs) also known as Tuman Leghari, is a hill station, located at a height of 6,470 feet (1,970 m) above sea level in Dera Ghazi Khan. It attracts many people for short stays during the hot summer. It is around 85 kilometres from Dera Ghazi Khan city, Puniab. Pakistan and about 185 kilometres from Multan in Sulaiman Mountain range. The people of Fort Munro are nomads, especially of the Leghari tribe. Fort Munro lies on the Quetta Road at 85 km from Dera Ghazi Khan city. It is the only hill station in southern Punjab in the Sulaiman Mountain range. Its altitude is 1800 meters and attracts many people for short stays during the summer. Fort Munro can be reached either from Loralai Balochistan or from Multan (Punjab). From Punjab, the mountain range starts near Rakhni, which is a border-post between Balochistan and Punjab. Seetpur is a small and isloated town in Muffargarh. It is located at distance of 103 Km from Muzaffargarh city. Seetpur is situated in Tehsil Alipur of District Muzaffargarh. Other important tourist points in Muzaffargarh is Head Panjnad. At Head Panjnad, all 5 Rivers of Paunjab meet and form Panjnad River. Panjnad River latter joins Indus River near Seetpur in Distt Muzaffargarh. The Five rivers of punjab which meet at Head Panjnad are Chenab River, Jehlum River, Ravi River, Satluj River and Bias River. Therefore Head Punjnad is also called Junction of 5 Rivers of Punjab. The other famous viaiting points in Distt Muzaffargarh are Alipur Tehsil, Masjid Sakina tu Sughra Jatoi, Ghazanfargarh Fort, Shahgarh Fort, Khunpur Bagga sher Tomb, Sheikh Sadan Shaheed tomb, Head Mohammad Wala, Head Taunsa and Mehmoodkot fort.

The road which connects Muzaffargarh City and Seetpur is perfectly fine also some patches are not that good but after Khangarh it's very fine towards Alipur. Seetpur may also be approached from Motorway M4. Uch Sharief interchange is the nearest interchange with 42 km distance. Take an exist from Uch Sharief and go to Head Panjnad and then to Alipur. Seetpur is 18km from Alipur.
