Dibrugarh is a city and is the headquarters of the Dibrugarh district in the state of Assam in India. Well known as the Tea City of India, Dibrugarh is considered to be a major city in eastern India in line with Guwahati and Bhubaneswar and is the emerging communication and industrial hub of North East India. Mega projects like Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited, India's longest rail cum road bridge Bogibeel bridge and other upcoming modern urban infrastructure are transforming Dibrugarh into a vibrant city. I would like to start by apologizing about the night shot of the video, as my camera didn't deliver good footage in night light.
I visited the Jagannath temple last month, located at Dibrugarh. Its quite a popular tourist attraction of upper assam, it doesn't need an introduction but I just wanted to share a few important facts about it as some of you may be new here and want to visit the temple.
The Jagannath temple in Dibrugarh is the exact replica of the one and only Puri Jagganath temple. All the idols are made with black granite stones and all the priests here are from Orissa.
The campus is quite large with several other temples alongside the main sanctum, where lord jagannath is placed. Its really peaceful and filled with enormous positive vibes.

ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी के किनारे बसा हुआ यह एक एतिहासिक शहर है। यह पर्यटन के लिहाज से बेहद ही महत्वपूर्ण जगह है। अहोम भाषा की बुरंजी एतिहासिक कृतियों में इस शहर का नाम ती-फाओ दिया गया है, जिसका अर्थ होता है 'स्वर्ग-स्थल'। डिब्रूगढ़ में सालों भर एक सुखद मौसम रहता है।
