Les Halles(レ・アール)の近くにあるこじんまりとしたレストラン。
以前は午前５時まで営業していたそうですが現在は夜中0時45分までです。
臓物料理を得意としますが、エスカルゴや魚料理もオススメだそうです。
私たちは臓物系は苦手なので比較的クセのなさそうなものを選んでみました。
夫の選んだ料理は赤ワインで煮た肉を血でつないだもの、と聞いて恐々食べてみたのですが
想像していた生臭さやクセなどは全くなくて、とても美味しかったです????
メニューはボードに手書きされていて、フランス語に慣れていないと難しいです。
私たちが食事している最中にたくさん予約の電話がかかってきており、
食事が終わる頃にかかってきた電話にはテーブルの予約はいっぱいでお断りをせざるを得ない状況のようでした。
なので行かれる方は事前に電話予約をするか、私たちのように夕方頃に行かれると予約無しで入店出来ると思います。

The Cat at Robert et Louise. We heard that there was a large cat at Robert et Louise, Paris, France. We asked the proprietor Where is the cat? He took us out back where the fat cat was relaxing in the sun, presumably with a full stomach. Our steak was on the grill as we returned to our table.

Voici ma présentation de la via Turonensis (ou voie de Tours) qui fait partie d'un des six chemins de France du pèlerinage de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. Elle part de Paris et traverse la France d'étape en étape pour se terminer à Ostabat dans le Pays basque où se croisent de nombreux pèlerins.
