MONTE VISTA BEACH RESORT SARIAYA
Monte Vista Beach Resort in Sariaya is a 30-hectare resort with a long line of beach front, kiddie pool and pool for adults, a huge park for children and adults and more! It is one of the most beautiful resorts and beaches in Quezon Province. It is just 3 hours from Metro Manila. Perfect for small and large groups, day tours and overnight tours, seminars, conferences, family outing, company outing and team building, special occasions, barkada getaway, and photoshoots.
They have three VIP nipa hut style cottages, function halls, bungalow type of accommodation, family house, and regular nipa huts. Each room in every cottage has a private toilet with heater, except the regular nipa huts which have common toilets. They have 2 basketball courts, a volleyball area, and a billiard hall.
Inside the resort's premise is the New Sim Academy, a ship-like structure where aspiring seafarers hold their training.

D'fortees Nature Park and Inland Resort is a well-known inland resort in Montevista, Davao de Oro. It's a 3 hour drive from Davao City.
And a 2-minute drive from Montevista Terminal and Montevista Public Market. It is easily accessible by tricycle, including the well-known 711, BBQ stands, and carenderias as the resort location is along the highway.

MONTEVISTA GLOWS AS ANNUAL DIWANAG FESTIVAL KICKS OFF | Montevista, Compostela Valley
Municipality of Montevista in Compostela Valley lighted up its DIWANAG FESTIVAL with a theme: THE FAMOUS/HISTORICAL CHURCHES AROUND THE WORLD
Diwanag or “Diwa nga Masanag” connotes the merrymaking of colored lights and decorations in the community started in 2003 as part of the town's celebration of Yuletide Season. As years passed by, it morphed from a simple Christmas Festival to a bigger Festival of Lights featuring different unique themes, concepts and presentations. In the past years, it features Christmas Around the World to Christmas in Wonderland. In 2016 and 2017, it featured Diwanag Goes Disneyland in Christmas and Winter Christmas Village. This vibrant and jovial celebration has attracted visitors and tourists not only in the Province but even the neighboring Regions.
The glowing town plaza turned into a major attraction. Spectators were amazed by how accurately depicted and colorfully and creatively are the entries made.
The Diwanag Festival is one of the most anticipated events every Christmas season in Compostela Valley province. It is a consistent National Pearl awardee on best tourism practices under the municipal category conferred by the Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines and the Department of Tourism.
The display of lights will run from December 1 until December 26 that will also feature other picture-perfect sceneries such as; Tunnel of Lights and the One thousand LED roses, among others.
