Lake Erie and Headlands Beach State Park in Ohio are a wonderful place to spend the day and enjoy the sun! We were able to walk around the park and stroll on the beach during our visit. The water was a lot warmer than the ocean water we are used to in the northwest. Many people were swimming in June! We had wished we had brought our swimsuits, too. ???? We are looking forward to exploring more beaches around the Great Lakes area. ????????????

While up in Mentor Ohio on a business trip, decided to go for a drive on my last night before I headed home the following day. Headlands Beach State Park was a beautiful place and I will definitely return if I'm ever back up in the area.

Great Lakes Treasure Hunting: Episode 3 - Headlands Beach State Park Mentor, Ohio
This state park offers Ohio's exclusive sand dunes and still-functioning lighthouse. There are over 10 various parking lots to choose from each with varying distances from the beach. A local beachfront cafe offers snacks for tourists as well. I recommend checking out Scooter's Dawg House for the best hot dogs, french fries, ice cream and sandwiches in Mentor, Ohio. MACYS CLOSING GREAT LAKES MALL- MENTOR OHIO
This is my video tour of the now closed Macys in Mentor ohio in the Cleveland metro area. This was an amazing store and had a-lot of good fixtures. I ended up buying a display sign with the Macy's logo on it. This Macy's is located at the Great Lakes Mall.
