Today's tour is in Bonn, Germany. A city on the banks of the Rhine located in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, with a population of over 300,000. About 24 km south-southeast of Cologne. It is a university city, the birthplace of Ludwig van Beethoven and the capital of West Germany from 1949 to 1990. Bonn was the seat of government of reunited Germany from 1990 to 1999.
Today, we will walk together in the city on a busy day through its main streets and passing by its attractions and to experience the daily life atmosphere.

Bonn in Western Germany is a Fantastic City! Aug 2022 Summer Walk in 4K
Here I am walking in the city of Bonn in Western Germany in August 2022. We start our walk at the picturesque Old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus) which is in front of the market place. Then we continue to Münsterplatz where you can see this years Wine Festival. Afterwards we will explore various streets and alleys within the city center before reaching the Beethoven House. The house at Bonngasse 20, where composer Ludwig van Beethoven was born in December 1770, is one of the few remaining houses in the city built in the 18th century. Its baroque stone facade was erected over cellars dating back to the 12th or 13th century. Bonn, which used to be the former capital of West Germany, is one of Germany's oldest cities. From 1597 to 1794, the city was the capital of the Electorate of Cologne, and residence of the Archbishops and Prince-electors of Cologne. From 1949 to 1990, the city was the capital of West Germany, and Germany's present constitution, the Basic Law, was declared in the city in 1949. From 1990 to 1999, Bonn served as the seat of government – but no longer capital – of reunited Germany. The city is also famously known as the birthplace of Ludwig van Beethoven.

[4KHDR] Driving in Germany: Autobahn A61 E31 from AK Meckenheim to Koblenz - High Speed Drive
In this video you can drive along on the Autobahn A61 E31 from Autobahn Kreuz Meckenheim to around Koblenz. The A61 is the most Western North-South corridor that runs from the border with the Netherlands to around Hockenheim in Baden-Württemberg.
It's a route especially popular with trucks, connecting the industry-heavy West of Germany with the Netherlands and ultimately the Port of Rotterdam. Many parts of the Autobahn are speed regulated at 130 km/h, however there are a few parts that are unlimited. This was filmed on a quiet summer evening during the week, so traffic was minimal.

Bad Godesberg (Kölsch: Bad Jodesbersch) is a municipal district of Bonn, southern North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. From 1949 to 1999, while Bonn was the capital of West Germany and later Germany, most foreign embassies were in Bad Godesberg. Some buildings are still used as branch offices or consulates.
Bad Godesberg is located along the hills and cliffs of the west bank of the Rhine river, in west central Germany. Godesberg is also the name of the steep hill, of volcanic origin, on the top of which are the ruins of the Godesburg, a castle destroyed in 1583 during the Cologne War.

The Federal City of Bonn is a city on the banks of the River Rhine in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, and is situated about 24 km (15 mi) south-southeast of Cologne. Bonn is in the southernmost part of the Rhine-Ruhr region, Germany's largest metropolitan area, with over 11 million inhabitants. Because of a political compromise following German reunification, the German federal government maintains a substantial presence in Bonn, and the city is considered a second, unofficial, capital of the country. Königswinter is situated on the right bank of the Rhine, opposite Bad Godesberg, at the foot of the Siebengebirge. It covers an area of 76.19 square kilometres which makes it the fourth-largest conurbation in the Rhein-Sieg district. It contains over 80 townships and boroughs, divided over the municipal districts of Stieldorf, Niederdollendorf, Oberdollendorf, Heisterbacherrott, Ittenbach, Oberpleis, Eudenbach, Thomasberg and Königswinter proper. This film features an extensive and detailed exploration of Bonn, Bad Godesberg and Königswinter. The film begins at Boon Hauptbahnhof, before taking a walking tour of the city centre and Sudstadt areas, from here the tram (stadtbahn) is taken to Hochkreuz, where the journey continues on foot through Gronau, and along the River Rhine including the Freizeitpark Rheinaue.
The journey south, crosses the border back into Hochkreuz, before going through Plittersdorf, and Rüngsdorf to get the ferry across the River Rhine to Königswinter. Here a couple of brief stops for food and a swim at the Maritim Hotel are followed by a walk around the city centre, and a ride up and down the Drachenfels Railway, where views across North Rhine Westphalia and Rhineland Palatinate are taken in.
After Königswinter, the tram is taken up the East bank of the River Rhine, back to Hochkreuz, where there is a small detour on foot through the Maritim Hotel, Bonn, before taking the tram back to Bonn Hauptbahnhof, and finally the train out of Bonn North. This film was made over three separate days.

Walking in BONN / Germany ????????- Rainy Day in the Center - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Bonn / Germany is a city near Cologne at the Rhine river. From 1949 to 1990, Bonn was the capital of West Germany. Bonn is also known for being the Birthplace of the composer Beethoven
Further attractions are Bonn Minster and the pink-and-gold old townhall Altes Rathaus. We will visit the central city on this tour and start at the train station.
First we walk from south of the city center on the Poststraße and then stroll around to see many of the squares, the Sterntor and even the pass the Birthplace of Beethoven.
After around 38½ minutes the rain gets the camera wet so we take out the umbrella. We walk back through a rainy Bonn and arrive soon at the train station, where we end this tour.
