Another adventure awaits as We travel early in the morning on the road going to the beautiful place of Zambales called Kidz pool at Cotto Mines. This is the first part of our adventure, I just want to share this video to the viewers and show some important information on how to get a permit before going in Cotto Mines, I've featured in this video the place where the tourism located in Masinloc. You need to get the document first here in the tourism office and after acquiring the permit then you need to pay it to the treasury at the municipal hall, after paying to the treasury you need to show the permit to the checkpoints along the way going to Kidz pool.
I just also want to share the beautiful views We experienced along the way while We are travelling to each boundaries of Zambales until We get to the baywalk park in Masinloc.

Zambales: Cabangan to Iba to Masinloc
Philippine Highway No. 306 is the Olongapo-Bugallon Road traversing the provinces of Zambales & Pangasinan. It is an alternate route going to Alaminos or Bolinao but is longer than the TPLEX Route. This is also the way to San Antonio- Anawangin's & Capones Island jump off point, Philippine Merchant Marine Academy in San Narciso and Potipot Island in Candelaria.
The road is very smooth & fun to drive in so pack your bags & have a safe trip ahead!!
COTO MINES (Coto Kidz Pool) - Masinloc, Zambales | Mackoy Vlogs
Joining a tour event is also fun! Here comes my recent camping experience at the newest tourist destination in Masinloc, Zambales called the 'Coto Mines'. Glad to also have met these wonderful peeps while enjoying the superb crystal clear waters of its river pool.
Aside from this, Coto Mines also features a picturesque mountain with a beautiful cinematic landscape of vast green trees, the peaceful sound of the river, and the fresh air that comes along with it. But wait! Traveling here requires a long drive! So patience is indeed a virtue (lol) but I can guarantee that this is all worth it because Coto Mines is a perfect spot to camp, swim, and Meditate.
Trivia: this is where the movie 'My Perfect You' was filmed starring Gerard Anderson and Pia Wurtzbach back in 2018.

Not so long time ago, the people of Masinloc planted taklobos (giant clams) not so deep in the sea, then planted a lot of mangroves and then put up a guesthouse in the middle of a sandbar. Now, these giant clams have gone so big and plenty, and the mangroves seemed to form an entire island. I have nothing but admiration for their conscientious efforts for the preservation of these essential lives of the sea. ????
