A weekend in Coburg, Germany exploring the medieval old town streets and squares as well as visiting the castles nearby such as Veste Coburg, Schloss Ehrenburg and Schloss Rosenau where Prince Albert was born.
Walking in KULMBACH / Germany ????????- Rainy Sunday Tour - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Kulmbach / Germany is a town in Franconia, Bavaria. The town is famous for Plassenburg Castle, for its sausages and (thanks to a large brewery) for its beer. There are a few other sights in the city center which we will visit on this walking tour.
We start our walk at the Dr.-Stammberger-Halle where events of the city mostly take place. Next we walk into the old town of Kulmbach but first uphill to the White Tower (Weißer Turm). It gets further up to the Red Tower (Roter Turm) and we can enjoy some view over Kulmbach. It's a rainy Sunday and few people are out in the street.
Our tour continues heading down to the center again where we see the Petrikirche. We stroll around some back alleys while heading towards the market square with the Townhall of Kulmbach and the Luitpoldbrunnen.
We check out a few of Kulmbach's pedestrian streets though with the shops closed on Sunday we eventually head to the Zinnsfelderbrunnen. So we get back to where we started, the Dr.-Stammberger-Halle, to end this tour of Kulmbach.

Walking in BAYREUTH / Germany ???????? - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Bayreuth is a town in Bavaria, Germany. The town is mostly known for the annual Bayreuth Festival. At the festival Wagner's operas are performed which draws many visitors.
We visit the town on a rainy day and start our tour at the La-Spezia-Platz and walk towards the center via the castle. We get to the City Church of the Holy Trinity Bayreuth and see more of the inner city.
The tour continues to the new castle with the Hofgarten which is full of fallen leaves this day in fall.
At last we see the Richard Wagner Museum in the composer's former home, Villa Wahnfried, where we end this walk.

A Walk Through Beautiful Coburg and Coburg's Fortress Castle, the Veste Coburg - Travel Germany

The town of Coburg is the one time capitol of the Duchy of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. Kulmbach is the capital of the district of Kulmbach in Bavaria in Germany. The town is famous for Plassenburg Castle, which houses the largest tin soldier museum in the world, and for its sausages, or Bratwürste. Kulmbach is located in the middle of the Bavarian province of Upper Franconia, about 25 kilometres (15.5 miles) northwest of the city of Bayreuth. To the south of Kulmbach, the River Main begins at the confluence of its headstreams, the White Main and Red Main.
However, it is not far away from major cities such as Leipzig (200 km) or Berlin (360 km) in the north, Prague (250 km) in the east, Nuremberg (110 km) and Munich (260 km) in the south and Würzburg (150 km) and Frankfurt (270 km) in the west.

15. Tag der Kajak Expedition auf dem Fluss Main in Deutschland . Der Start der Wasserwanderung an diesem Tag war von Wild Campingplatz bei Mainfingen in Hessen aus .Der Abschnitt der Kajak Paddel tour und ging zum Campingplatz Mainkur in Hessen bei Maintal . Auf der Kajak fahrt wurden mehrere Hindernisse in Form von Wehren überwunden . Zum Glück konnten alle Wehre ohne Probleme mit dem Luftkajak bzw. Schlauchkajak Gumotex Seawave überwunden werden . Der erste Halt bei der Flusswanderung war Selenigen in Hessen .Leider waren dort die Corona Maßnahmen genau so streng wie in Bayern . Nach dem ich mich dort meinen Hunger gestillt habe ging die Wassereise weiter zum Wehr Krotzenburg . Dies konnte ich problemlos über die Sportboot Schleuse bewältigen .Nach einer kurzen Cappuccino Pause stand ich mit meinen Boot vor der Schleuse Mühlheim am Main . Die auch Problem los über die kleine Schleuse zu bewältigen wahr. Kurz nach dem Wehr endete der Tag in Sichtweite von Frankfurt am Main beim Campingplatz Mainkur im Maintal .

Margravial Opera House Bayreuth - UNESCO World Heritage Site
The Margravial Opera House in Bayreuth is a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site. It's an opera house and theatre built in the 1740s by the ruling Margrave and his wife, Wilhelmina, a great patron and participant in the arts. Despite the grand stone facade, the interior of the building is entirely done in wood and plaster, though it's difficult to tell. Everything is covered in elaborate baroque decorations loaded with symbolism, and looks absolutely fantastic after a recent five-year restoration project. Let's check it out!

1/18 Main - Rhein Kajak Expedition. Mainleus- Koblenz. Mainleus- Burgkunstadt. Gumotex Seawave
1.Tag der Kajak Paddel Tour auf dem Main und Rhein. Der Start war in Mainleus in Franken Bayern. An den ersten beiden Tage war ich nicht wie gewöhnt alleine unterwegs , sondern wurde von Leila und Aquia begleitet .
Unterwegs waren wir 3 Flusswanderer bei der Reise auf dem Obermain mir einem Intex Challenger , Gumotex Twist 2 und einer Seawave von Gumotex
Kurz nach dem Start in Mainleus in Deutschland ist man bereits im Stau Bereich vom 1. Die Verbauung bei Rohrbach lässt sich gut auf der rechten Seite über eine Wiese umgehen. Leider ist hinter dem Wehr zu wenig Wasser im Main so , dass wir unser Luft und Schlauch Kayaks ein kurzes Stück getreidelt werden mussten . Der hinter Teil vom Mühlkanal war dann ein kurzes Stück fahrbar, bis wir durch eine Verklausung jäh gestoppt wurden . Mit etwas Mühe ließ sich das Hindernis aber durchbrechen .Weiter ging der outdoor Trekking Trip zum Mühlen Wehr bei Maineck . Hinter dem Wehr wurde der Main auf einmal richtig schnell. Kurz vor den beiden Ortschaften Altkunstadt und Burgkunstadt haben wir dann auf einer frisch gemähten Wiese unsere Camping Zelte für die nacht aufgestellt .
