LAUTERBRUNNEN Valley Switzerland - Full Travel Guide

Welcome to the Lauterbrunnen Valley, the Valley of 72 WATERFALLS! This is one of the most exciting regions to visit in Switzerland, as it is full of natural wonders! Most people may be familiar with the village of Lauterbrunnen. It is in particular well-known for the Staubbachfall that seems to drop into the village. Lauterbrunnen is very nice to explore, especially during Summer when it is decorated with the many flags; very Swiss feeling! There are a couple of great Instagram spots in Lauterbrunnen, so make sure to roam a bit around the village to take good photos. You may also go almost behind the Staubbachfalls to get a better impression. There is a lot more to experience in the Lauterbrunnen valley! Consider taking the train up to Wengen, another really nice village to explore. Wengen is car-free and thus a perfect destination for families. You may go up to the Männlichen Mountain to enjoy a nice view over the Lauterbrunnen valley of hike down to Lauterbrunnen itself! The hike is going to be very scenic with the many green hills, typical for Switzerland. If you want to aim for higher altitudes, then go up to the Jungfraujoch, the highest train station in all of Europe. You are going to be at the top of the Swiss Alps and you may enjoy a fantastic view over the Aletsch Glacier. The Aletsch Glacier is the largest glacier of the Alps. Inside the Aletsch Glacier is also the Ice Palace, another major attraction up on the Jungfraujoch. The best view however will be up on the platform sphinx. The Trümmelbachfalls are the most interesting waterfalls to visit in the Lauterbrunnen valley and probably even in all of Switzerland. They are hidden in between the rocks and have been fascinating many visitors. The water is very cold as it directly comes from the glaciers. The best panorama you may get on the Schilthorn, the location where James Bond in her Majesty’s secret service was filmed! You will get a brilliant 360° view over the Swiss Alps and the iconic mountains of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Enjoy your lunch at the revolving restaurant to have an unforgettable experience. Consider also a short visit to the village of Mürren, another car-free village in the Lauterbrunnen valley. So many great thing to experience in the Lauterbrunnen valley, the valley of 72 waterfalls! Make sure to not miss out this great place when coming to Switzerland!

THE LONGEST WAY 1.0 - 350 days of hiking through China - TIMELAPSE

In 2008, I walked through China - 1 year, 4500km. I let my hair and my beard grow. This is the resulting video. UPDATE: ▶ I have decided to continue my walk home from China to Germany. I'm currently in Turkey, or about halfway through.I post daily videos on this channel, and I blog about it here:

ABOUT THIS VIDEO:
▶ I didn't finish my original goal of walking to Germany in 2008. Instead, I walked for a year and roughly 4500km, passed the Gobi desert, and then decided to stop walking.
▶ All of the distance from Beijing to Ürümqi was completed solely on foot, straight good old walking. There are instances where you can see me in the video sitting on a plane or riding a boat, but those are during breaks I had to take from walking, either to sort out bureaucracy issues or to take care of some personal things.
▶ I had been planning this trip for over a year before I even started, and getting as far as I got was an experience for which I am very grateful.
▶ Obtaining the necessary visa for a trip like this was not very easy, hence I had to go back to Beijing a few times to resolve some issues.
▶ This is not a strict 1 pic a day video, because I wanted to make it a bit more alive by adding some additional movement. Sometimes during the film you would follow me turn around, or something would happen in the background. I tried to capture these moments to make the video more interesting.
▶ If you liked the music I used in this video, get it here: The Kingpins - L'Aventurier Zhu Fengbo - Olive Tree
▶ The core of this project is in actually my blog where I have posted my extensive travel diary, starting from day 1 (Nov 9th 2007) and describing every single day until the end one year later.

Hello, I'm Rebecca of ALL IN KOREA who tells you everything about Korea. What's the reason for a boring trip? The answer is the trip is not special to you.
If you have a trip to see what you want to see, to make you enjoy, and to suit your characteristic, it can't be a boring trip for you. If you're going to have a boring travel to Korea, don't watch this video. ALL IN KOREA will guide you to make a fun and special trip to Korea. Because you who watch this channel are precious.

Okay, then let's get started. Today's topic is 7 ways to make a special and fun travel to Korea. Please watch this video until the end.

First, if you are interested in Korean history and culture, make sure to watch the changing of the guards ceremony.

Second, if you plan to travel to Korea, come with your family. There are many facilities for children. Make full use of facilities for children in Korea.

When you check in advance if there are kids cafes in hotels and shopping malls, and make the best use of them, it will be a trip that will satisfy not only adults but also young children.

Third, if you want to see the night view of Korea, go to Seoul Tower or Lotte Tower.

Fourth, if shopping is for the purpose of your trip, go to Dongdaemun Market and Namdaemun Market. If you don't like the traditional market, go to Lotte Tower.

There are department stores and duty-free shops in Lotte Tower, and you can see the entire view of Seoul through the observatory.

Fifth, eat street food. Especially, make sure to eat tteokbokki.

Sixth, make sure to tour the DMZ in Korea, the only divided country in the world. It will be special.

Seventh, if you come to Korea in the fall, make sure to tour Seoul Hanel Park. You will witness a miracle from landfill to ecological park.

[4K] Lotte World Night Parade Let's Dream_Must-Visit Place in Seoul, Korea

A must-see show before leaving Lotte World!

Lotte World is famous for not only rides like Gyro Drop and Roller Coaster, but also shows and parades that are held several times a day. In addition to the main characters Lottie and Lorrie, night parades are held every evening, involving about 50 character dolls and a hundred actors and dancers.

Children who apply in advance may wear fancy costumes and participate in the parade. Of course, it is paid and costs about 50,000 to 100,000 won depending on options. Parents are fiercely competing to give their children unforgettable memories, but when I went there, the children's participation program was not conducted because of Corona 19.

Let's take a look at the highlights of the night parade, which lasts about half an hour with colorful lights, fireworks and laser shows!

⭐️by The Korea Times
Lotte World Adventure, a theme park in southern Seoul, has been attracting larger crowds this month because of its nighttime multimedia parade and show Let's Dream.

Lotte has organized the special event in commemoration of its 25th anniversary, which fell on July 12, 2014.

The theme park invested 15 billion won ($14.8 million) over the past two years to create the show, which features state-of-the-art multimedia and special effects. Over 250 actors, actresses and other staff from all over the world are involved in each show.

⭐️by Korea Herald
In celebration of 25 years, Lotte World Adventure theme park is holding its special “Let’s Dream” nightly parade, the world’s first multimedia show and parade.

The parade took approximately two years to organize and produce, and the newly launched, highly technical and LED light-filled character floats look as though they came straight out of a child’s dream.

With an investment of around 15 billion won ($14.58 million), Lotte World Adventure organizers said they pulled out all the stops for its 25th anniversary parade that features an electronic aerial balloon show, flying lanterns, flamboyant costumes, fireworks and much more. The parade’s production crew worked side-by-side with a renowned international team that included members such as Benoit Jutras, music director for Cirque du Soleil, and Michael Curry, theatrical designer for “The Lion King” on Broadway.

The Lotte World theme park is divided into two sections: the “Magic Island” outdoor park and the “Adventure” indoor park. The parade runs for approximately 30 minutes, however it does not stretch across the entirety of the park; rather just circles around the ice rink in the indoor Adventure portion.

Despite the relatively small space in which the nightly parade operates, there are 20 lavish floats and approximately 150 actors who participate in the show every night. Prior to each show, eight lucky children are also randomly selected to participate in the parade and ride along atop some of the floats.

As one of the world’s largest indoor theme parks, Lotte World in Seoul’s Songpa-gu attracts around 6 million visitors annually. The city amusement park offers more than 40 ride attractions including the classic bumper cars and swinging pirate ship. However, two of the park’s most popular rides are the Gyro Drop ― a heart-clutching 70-meter drop ride ― and the Gyro Swing, a tornado-like 360-spin ride.

For those visitors who are not so keen on thrill-seeking roller coasters, Lotte World also has a large ice rink, open from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., as well as a traditional folk museum, which is a popular destination for many international visitors.

Lotte World Adventure is open daily with the indoor “Adventure” park open from 9:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and the “Magic Island” outdoor park open from 9:30 to 10 p.m. The nightly “Let’s Dream” parade starts at 8:30 p.m. For more information on ticket prices, visit

3 Reasons why your Trip to Korea is No Fun

Why your trip to Korea is not fun at all? As a real Korean woman, I'll explain the reasons why your trip to Korea is not exciting and makes you disappointed. In addition, I’ll give you some advice to make your trip to Korea really fun, memorable and enjoyable.

First, if you do not know Korean culture and seasonal characteristics of Korea, you may lose interest at the moment.

Second, you do not find any fun in your trip because it is not customized to your taste. In other words, you go some tourist spots because it is a place where many people go or because it is a travel plan unilaterally set up by a travel agency.

Third, when you don't understand Korea's strengths, you can't enjoy Korea properly.
