FInally we wrap up with Providence Canyon State Park. No RV Camping here only backpacking style but Florence Marina State Park is only 7 miles away and it does have RV sites.

Locust Grove Plantation
A recent visit to the Locust Grove Plantation outside Louisville, Ky. This plantation was the home of Revolutionary War hero George Rogers Clark. President's Monroe, Jackson, and Taylor were visitors to this grand home during their travels. It is open daily for tours. We happened to catch it before it opened and the folks there were nice enough to let us have the run of the entire grounds. If in the area, definitely check it out.
