Leiria is a city and municipality in the Central Region of Portugal. It is the 4rd largest city in that same region, with a municipality population of 128,640 (as of 2021) in an area of 565.09 square kilometres (218.18 sq mi). It is the seat of its own district and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Leiria-Fátima. The city is part of the historical province of Beira Litoral.

Exploring Leiria in Portugal and house hunting
Exploring the Leiria region of Portugal, (South Central Portugal) and looking for a house with some land.
I'm currently living in the van on a small piece of land in Pataias whilst I house hunt.
The Mata Nacional de Leiria is one of the largest Portuguese forests. The area is vast and is covered with sand dunes. It is slowly recovering after a major fire in 2017.
The beaches of this area have their own beauty being on the Atlantic coastline.

Visit LEIRIA PORTUGAL - Fish Market Prices, Bus Information, Exploring & Walking Around
LEIRIA is a bustling provincial capital city in the region of Portugal.
I went there alone in mid-March 2022, as Lee was at the Praia d'el Rey kitten housesit.
This was filmed on my Samsung S8, which is good for photos but not of the same excellent quality as the GoPro Hero9!
Turns out there's a slight issue with the aspect as well that I just couldn't resolve, so there will be black lines if watching on a laptop!
