The Domaine of Villarceaux is a French château, water garden and park located in the commune of Chaussy in the Val d'Oise Department of France, 65 kilometers northwest of Paris.
The Domaine is currently managed by the Regional Council of the 'Île-de-France for 99 years, on an agreement with the owners of the domaine, the Fondation Charles Leopold Mayer. The park contains a manor house from the 16th century and a château in the style of Louis XV from the 18th century. The gardens are classified among the Notable Gardens of France.
The gardens contain a rare 18th-century ornamental feature called a vertugadin (eng: farthingale), modelled after the hoop skirts of the 18th century, surrounded by statues brought from Italy.

L'Isle-Adam is a town in the Ile-de-France region of the northern center of Val-d'Oise located on the left bank of the Oise, twenty-five kilometers as the crow flies north-northwest of the gates of Paris.
Housed between the Oise valley to the west and, at the other three cardinal points, the forest of L'Isle-Adam, the city was the stronghold and then the vacation spot of Prince of the Blood and some of the greatest families of the French nobility before becoming in the 19th century a bourgeois city attracting the inhabitants of Paris and many artists.
It is today a prosperous capital of a canton in the extreme north of the urban area of Paris, at the gates of the regional natural park of French Vexin, Pays de France and Picardy.

Located in the department of Hauts-de-Seine, between Puteaux and Levallois-Perret, it is the city where the average wealth per inhabitant is the greatest.
Its business district brings together more than 2,400 companies and around 6,400 shops.
Many head offices and large buildings are located there, such as M6 and Havas.
The former Mayoral stronghold of President Sarkozy is the richest place in France, and Parisian districts dominate the top twenty places.
The chic Parisian suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine contains nearly 7000 residents who pay an average of around €20K each in the French wealth tax. The average value of their wealth is €2.93m.
Neuilly-sur-Seine is a city that harmoniously combines the architecture of the Ossmann period and modern buildings with the most daring visual solutions.
The city is crossed by both wide boulevards and avenues, and narrow streets between houses of 6-8 floors.
