We take a trip to Weirs beach, located on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH
Today, Weirs beach is one of the fun hotspots on Lake Winnipesaukee with great food, a boardwalk full of fun activities, arcades, nightlife, great shopping and of course, the beach.
This was such a fun adventure for us. The weather was amazing. The food was surprisingly delicious and the Arcades were a blast. To make this trip even sweeter, we ended the evening in the Drive IN movie theatre where we snuggled in our car bed, watched the open sky full of stars, munched on our popcorn and watched a movie.

Laconia is a city in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 15,951 at the 2010 census and an estimated 16,581 as of 2019. It is the county seat of Belknap County. Laconia, situated between Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Winnisquam, includes the villages of Lakeport and Weirs Beach. Each June, for nine days, beginning on the Saturday of the weekend before Father's Day and ending on Father's Day, the city hosts Laconia Motorcycle Week, also more simply known as Bike Week, one of the country's largest rallies, and each winter, the Laconia World Championship Sled Dog Derby. The city has been the site of the state's annual Pumpkin Festival since 2015, and it is the home of Lakes Region Community College.
Meredith is a town in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 6,241 at the 2010 census. Meredith is situated in the state's Lakes Region and serves as a major resort town. Meredith Village, the commercial center of the town, lies long the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, and several other large lakes lie partially or completely within the town borders. It is home to the Stonedam Island Natural Area, the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, and serves as one of the ports-of-call for the paddle steamer MS Mount Washington.
The primary village in town, where 1,718 people resided at the 2010 census, is defined as the Meredith census-designated place, and is located at the junction of U.S. Route 3 and New Hampshire Route 25 at the head of Meredith Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee.
