Zihuatanejo Mexico more commonly referred to as Zihua is a beautiful fishing village/beach town located in the state of Guerrero Mexico on the Pacific Ocean. If you’re looking for what to do in Zihuatanejo, things to do in Zihuatanejo, restaurants in Zihuatanejo or wondering about Zihuatanejo fishing or the Zihuatanejo beaches like Playa Las Gatas, Playa la Ropa, and Playa Madera - we cover a lot of that in this Zihua video. And if the name Zihuatanejo sounds familiar but you just can’t figure it out its possible you know it from the movie The Shawshank Redemption.

ISLA MUJERES, MEXICO | Best Things To Do In Isla Mujeres

The best things to do in Isla Mujeres Mexico are shown in this video. Isla Mujeres is a pristine island in the state of Quintana Roo. It's known for its immense coral reefs, Mayan ruins, and beatiful white-sand beaches. We explored Isla Mujeres for a three days in 2021 and enjoyed everything the island has to offer. Our top five best things to do in Isla Mujeres are:

5: Visit Tortugranja, the Sea Turtle Sanctuary. This sanctuary is home to turtles at every stage of development. Isla Mujeres is a hatching ground for giant sea turtles that lay their eggs in the soft sand from May through September. Many eggs are gathered and placed in pens at the Turtle Farm to keep them safe from predators. Every year hundreds of sea turtles survive thanks to the care and love of the islanders.

4: Biking the island. The island itself is about 13 kilometers off the coast of Cancun and is only 7 kilometers in length and half a kilometer wide. It’s easily bikeable in a day, however we recommend to stick to the east side if you’re looking for less hills. We took the west side on our way to Punta Sur and had to walk a few times. Alternatively, you can also rent a golf cart on the island for more leisurely travel.

3. Watching the sunset at North Beach. This beach has ultra white sand and is perfect for swimming or capping off the evening with a painted sky. Since the island faces Cancun, you get beautiful sunset views from this vantage point over the water and facing west.

2: Exploring Punta Sur. We knew there were ancient Mayan ruins along the cliffs but were surprised by the intricate coastal walkway along the shore. Seeing the cliff erosion up close and feeling the waves near our feet was exhilarating to say the least.

1. Snorkeling the waters of Isla Mujeres. We had the opportunity to do a 4 hour tour starting near the heart of town. The guide took us to an old shipwreck, the Manchones Reef, and the MUSA underwater museum. The underwater museum was like nothing we had experienced before. Statues built in the depths of the carribean sea have slowly turned into a reef themselves, with fish making their homes in and around them. The project was meant to take pressure off the snorkeling tourism of surrounding reefs and it was an amazing sight to behold.

Mahahual, Mexico - We've NEVER seen anything like this (In a bad way)

We spent one week in the beach paradise Mahahual (Mexico) and it was NOTHING like what we expected.
►Want to learn Spanish? Try what we use:

Mahahual, a town in the state of Quintana Roo is commonly known as Costa Maya. It's the only place we've visited in Mexico where almost 100% of its income is from cruise ship travelers. This makes for an interesting dynamic—one we really don't like, frankly.

Having 1-3 Mexico cruise ships stopping at Costa Maya very easily explains many of the strange things we found in this town. All the locals are catering directly to those visitors because they support the local economy. They speak English with you. You can pay in US dollars. Everyone who works in Mahahual is there to help these Mexico cruise ship travelers have a great time during their day in town.

But watch out! Once the cruise ships leave, most of the restaurants, shops, and activities will close their doors. It looks like a ghost town once Mahahual when no ships are docked.

In this Mexico travel video, we give you some tips on how to make your stay in Mahahual more enjoyable and affordable.

Mahahual, Quintana Roo is certainly beautiful....but is it worth it?

Exploring SAN FELIPE, Baja California Mexico! (TRAVEL GUIDE)

San Felipe, Baja California is located on the western coast of the state along The Gulf of California. San Felipe is known for it’s beaches, fishing, relaxed atmosphere and off-road desert racing! In this Mexico Travel vlog we drive from Ensenada across Baja California to San Felipe where we will show you things to do in San Felipe, take you out to eat some delicious seafood, hike up to a beautiful viewpoint, go off-road racing in The Valley of the Giants and take a trip down to Puertecitos Hot Springs. We visited San Felipe during the winter so it was quite chilly which meant we weren’t able to swim, but it also meant less crowds. I heard that San Felipe, Baja California can get quite busy in the summer and on the weekends so plan accordingly! And if you are looking for some more Mexico travel inspiration on the Baja Peninsula you can check out our playlists! Thanks for watching!

Bacalar Mexico a Seaweed Free Paradise near Tulum ????????????????

This was our third visit to Bacalar, because we're just so in love with this beautiful Pueblo Mágico in Quintana Roo. The coast of the Mexican Caribbean has been affected by brown seaweed, commonly known as Sargassum. If you're looking for a way to escape the sargassum-infested beaches, just a 4-hour drive from Cancun Airport, you will find the bluest waters in all of Mexico. Walking Tour Acapulco Beach, Mexico 2022. Is the Beach still Dangerous?

Walking Tour at the Beach in Acapulco, Mexico. It is one of Mexico's oldest beach city, coming into prominence in the 1940s as a getaway for Hollywood stars and millionaires. Acapulco was once a popular tourist resort for foreign tourists, but due to a massive dangerous upsurge in gang violence since 2014, Acapulco no longer attracts many foreign tourists. Today the city seems like not more dangerous. Acapulco have a population of about 688,608 people. Enjoy a nice Beach walking tour at the Acapulco Beach.
