Built in the mid-18th century, it was originally situated several miles to the east of Moscow but now is part of the East District of the city. It was one of the first great summer country estates of the Russian nobility, and one of the few near Moscow still preserved. Today the estate is the home of the Russian State Museum of Ceramics, and the park is a favourite place of recreation for Muscovites.

The Kuskovo estate is an architectural complex in the west of Moscow. It was built in the middle of XVII century in classicism style. It is one of the greatest summer estates, which belonged to the Sheremetev family. They are known for their involvement in charity, so Sheremetevs' servants sincerely loved by them. The estate included three parts: behind-the-pond part with the menagerie, the French garden with ponds and marble sculptures and English garden called Guy. There was a lot of different pavilions: Grotto, Hermitage, Dutch and Italian houses, which survived until nowadays.

Kuskovo Manor (Moscow State Library Kuskovo Estate Museum) is the former estate of the Counts Sheremetevs, where the architectural and artistic ensemble of the XVIII century has been preserved. It is located in the east of Moscow on the territory of the Veshnyaki district.
The ensemble includes: a palace built in the second half of the XVIII century in the style of classicism; a regular park decorated with sculptures with pavilions: Grotto, Greenhouse (projects of the fortress architect Fyodor Argunov, the second half of the XVIII century.), Hermitage (the second half of the XVIII century.), Italian (XVIII century.) and Dutch (XVIII century.) houses; Church of the Savior the Merciful (XVIII century.); Museum of Ceramics. (there is no separate buildings).
The estate consisted of three parts: a dam with a Menagerie, a French regular park with the main architectural ensemble and an English park Guy. The architectural and park complex of the central front part has been preserved almost completely.
Russian Russian Palace is the center of the ensemble, in which the layout and decorative decoration of the interiors with works of Russian and Western European fine and applied art have been preserved; portraits of Russian emperors and several generations of the owners of the estate — the Counts Sheremetevs
Уса́дьба Куско́во (ГБУК г. Москвы «Музей-усадьба „Кусково“») — бывшее имение графов Шереметевых, где сохранился архитектурно-художественный ансамбль XVIII века. Расположен на востоке Москвы на территории района Вешняки.
Ансамбль включает: дворец, построенный во второй половине XVIII века в стиле классицизма; регулярный, украшенный скульптурой парк с павильонами: «Грот», «Оранжерея» (проекты крепостного архитектора Фёдора Аргунова, вторая половина XVIII в.), «Эрмитаж» (вторая половина XVIII в.), «Итальянский» (XVIII в.) и «Голландский» (XVIII в.) домики; церковь Спаса Всемилостивого (XVIII в.); Музей керамики(нет отдельного здания).
Усадьба состояла из трёх частей: запрудной со Зверинцем, французского регулярного парка с основным архитектурным ансамблем и английского парка «Гай». Архитектурно-парковый комплекс центральной парадной части сохранился практически полностью.
Центром ансамбля является дворец, в котором сохранились планировка и декоративное убранство интерьеров с произведениями русского и западноевропейского изобразительного и прикладного искусства; дарственные портреты русских императоров и нескольких поколений хозяев усадьбы — графов Шереметевых.

BEAUTIFUL PALACE IN MOSCOW /// ARKHANGELSKOYE
Moscow, Russia is very rich in history and culture, so there are lots of amazing places to see. One of the must-visit attractions is Arkhangelskoye Palace - a beautiful historical estate located 10 minutes drive from Moscow. This is a very popular spot for locals to spend their weekends and an extremely popular location for weddings and events. This estate has recently been renovated and it was preserved in great condition, so people can enjoy its architecture and landscapes in full glory.
The history of Arkhangelskoye starts as early as 1537 but the most prosperous period of its history was in the 19th century when the Yusupov family purchased it. They invited famous architects and made Arhangelskoye so-called 'Versaille of Moscow'. Since then, Arkhangelskoye is the place that attracts people from all over the globe. It is now a museum with a great collection of art, porcelain, carriages and other items from previous centuries. There is also a sanatorium that was created on the property in the Soviet era representing the fundamental architecture of that period.
Arkhangelskoye is a public park and museum. There is an entry fee and different tours options available. Make sure to check their working hours as they are not open every day. Unfortunately, their website is in Russian only, but there is info on Google and Tripadvisor to help you plan your visit.
