Bikepacking Czech Republic - DAY 14 - Otrokovice to Ostrava
On our 14th and final day of Bikepacking across the Czech Republic, we leave Otrokovice and ride to Zlín to visit the famous Bat'a Company Head Quarters and an interesting office inside an elevator. Then we grab a transfer to visit try on hats in Nový Jičín and eat ears in Štramberk, before arriving in Příbor to ride to our endpoint of Ostrava.

Witam serdecznie wszystkich.Tak więc przyszedł czas na kolejową operację ,,Wiedeń, podczas której, nagrałem dwa międzynarodowe filmy. Pierwszy z nich to Warszawa Wsch.-Wien Hbf.Film nagrany z pociągu EC 103,,Polonia,który w Sobotę 21.09.2019, prowadzony był przez lokomotywy EP09-015 PKP IC, na odcinku Warszawa Wsch.-Bohumin oraz 380-010-9 Škoda ČD, na odcinku Bohumin-Wien Hbf.Od razu zdradzę - drugi film z operacji kolejowej ,Wiedeń to Wien Hbf.-Kraków Gł. Takie, a nie inne ułożenie trasy spowodowały względy osobiste,ponieważ musiałem w konkretną trasę, zabrać kogoś, kto dla mnie wiele znaczy. Drugi powód ułożenia trasy w taki sposób, wynikał z tego, że w Niedzielę wieczorem musiałem być w domu, ponieważ od Poniedziałku do Piątku pracuję. Zapraszam zatem do obejrzenia filmu!
Ahoj všichni!Nastal čas na železniční operaci ,,Vídeň, během které jsem natáčel dva mezinárodní filmy. Prvním z nich je Warszawa Wsch.-Wien Hbf.Film byl natočen z vlaku EC 103,,Polonia,který v sobotu 21.09.2019,byl provozován lokomotivy EP09-015 PKP IC v sekci Warszawa Wsch.-Bohumín a 380-010-9 Škoda ČD v sekci Bohumín -Wien Hbf.Okamžitě vám to řeknu - druhým filmem ze železniční operace ,,Vídeň je Wien Hbf.-Kraków Gł .Toto a žádné jiné uspořádání trasy nezpůsobilo osobní důvody, protože jsem musel vzít někoho, kto pro mě hodne znamená, na konkrétní trase.Druhým důvodem pro uspořádání trasy bylo,,že jsem musel být v neděli večer doma,protože pracují od pondělí do pátku.Zvu vás ke sledování filmu!

The film was recorded from the EC 103,,Polonia train which on Saturday, September 21,2019.The train was driven by locomotives EP0-9-015 PKP IC on the Warszawa Wsch.-Bohumín section and 380-010-9 Škoda ČD on the Bohumin-Wien Hbf section. I will tell you immediately-the second film from the railway operation ,,Vienna is Wien Hbf.-Kraków Gł. Such and no other arrangement on the route caused personal reasons, because I had to take someone on the a specific route who means a lot to me. The second reason for arranging the route in this waz was that I hade to be home on Sunday evening,because I work from Monday to Friday. I invite you to watch the movie!

Tak więc witam i zapraszam na drugi film z kolejowej operacji ,,Wiedeń. Po nagraniu filmu Warszawa Wschodnia-Wien Hauptbahnhof 21.09.2019(Sobota, pociąg EC 103 ,,Polonia),drugim filmem z tej dwudniowej kolejowej trasy ,jest materiał nagrany z pociągu EC 104/204 ,,Sobieski, relacji Wien Hauptbahnhof-Gdynia Główna/Kraków Główny, czyli Wien Hbf.-Kraków Gł . Przypuszczam, że przy wyjeździe z Wiednia ,moj kamera doznała usterki z którą walczyłem do Bohumina. Wydaje mi się, że nagrywała z zoomem, choć go nie używałem. Kamera ma pół roku, a już ma najwyraźniej usterkę ,z powodu której praktycznie identyczny model kamery, serwisowałem w Kwietniu bieżącego roku. Dlatego kupiłem drugą kamerę. Być może to procesor....Od Bohumina obraz jest raczej taki jak trzeba. Za ewentualne niedogodności przepraszam i zapraszam mimo wszystko do oglądania filmu

Isuppose that when leaving Vienna my camera suffereda defect with which I fought to Bohumin.I think that she was recording with the zoom, altough I did not use it. The camera is a half a year old, and apparently it has defect,because of which virtually identical camera model, I serviced in April this year.That's why I bought a second camera.Maybe it's a procesor.....From Bohumin,the image is rather as it should be.For any inconvience I apologize and invite you to watch anyway!

Also herzlich willkomen und laden Sie zum zweiten Film aus dem Eisenbahnbetrieb ,,Wien ein .Nach der Aunahme des Films Warszawa Wschodnia-Wien Hauptbahnhof(Samstag,Zug EC 103,,Polonia),ist der zweite Film dieser zweitägen Eisenbahnstrecke das Material aus dem Zug EC 104/204,, Sobieski Verwandtschaft Wien Hauptbahnhof/Kraków Glowny.Ich nehmean,dass meine Kamera beim Verlassen von Wien Defekt hatte,mit dem ich gegen Bohumin gekämpt habe.Es scheint ,dass sie mit dem Zoom aufgenommem hat,obwohl ich ihn nicht benutzt habe disen April gewartet.Deshalb habe ich eine zweite Kamera gekault.Vielleicht ist es ein Prozessor.Von Bohumin ist das Bild eher so, wie es sein sollte.Ich entschuldige mich für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten und lade Sie ein, den Film anzuschauen!

České dráhy (ČD) or Czech Railways is the main railway operator in the Czech Republic. In 2010 its consolidated revenues reached CZK 41.0 billion (€1.6bn, $2.1bn). Revenues from passenger transport amounted to CZK 18.7 billion (65% transfer payments from the government, 25% intra-state transport, 10% international transport), revenues from freight transport operated by subsidiary ČD Cargo amounted to CZK 11.8 billion, revenues from traffic control invoiced to state-owned railway infrastructure operator SŽDC amounted to CZK 5.2 billion. With thirty-eight thousand employees[1] ČD Group is the largest Czech company by the number of employees.
The company was established in 1993, after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia as a successor of the Czechoslovak State Railways. It is a member of the International Railway Union (UIC Country Code for Czech Republic is 54), Community of European Railways and the Organization for Railways Cooperation (Asia and Europe).
Until 1 July 2008, České dráhy was the biggest employer in the Czech Republic. After experiencing regular losses and requiring government subsidies, the railway reported its first ever profit in 2007 although it receives government subsidies. Attempts to make it more efficient are currently ongoing and a recent plan to move passenger transport to an independent subsidiary was approved by the Czech government in January 2008.
ČD operates trains; fixed infrastructure (such as tracks) is managed by SŽDC. In December 2010, the Czech government proposed bringing SŽDC and ČD together in a single holding company. The government has also changed the subsidies available to ČD and SŽDC.
ČD Cargo, the cargo subsidiary, mainly transports raw materials, intermediate goods and containers. As of 2009, it is ranked in the top five largest railway cargo operators in Europe.

While we're all in lockdown and unable to travel, I'm repackaging some of my favourite journeys from the last 10 years. This journey shows the view from the rear of České dráhy Regional Train R 840 from Ostrava hlavní nádraží to Brno hlavní nádraží in April 2015.
Zatímco jsme všichni v uzamčení a nemůžeme cestovat, přebaluji některé z mých oblíbených cest za posledních 10 let. Tato cesta ukazuje pohled zezadu Regionálního vlaku České dráhy R 840 z Ostravy na hlavní nádraží do Brna na hlavní nádraží v dubnu 2015.

Podivte se s nama do takového malého zábavního parku a posléze do Vítkovických železáren, kde si to jenom tak svižně proletíme a projdem. Aj když jsme v Ostravě neprošli ani zdaleka všechno, spíš téměř nic, tak se nám tam moc líbilo. Úplně nejdůležitější je stejně to, s kým jste a ne kde jste :-) Třeba jet s nějakým idiotem na Maledivy by stálo za prd :-D Díky, že mě sledujete. Budu se těšit zase u dalších sérek.
