I am traveling in Pakistan by road. in this video, Road trip from Mirpurkhas to Nawabshah Via Sanghar. My road trip is 135 Km in interior Sindh. Mirpur Khas to Sanghar is 72 Km and Nawabshah is about 135 Km. It Is Jodhpur Hyderabad Railway Line. It was constructed in 1892 during the British raj. Now Rail Service is suspended between India and Pakistan. Sukkur is 330 Km and I will stay in Sukkur tonight. Women, water, and the cycle of poverty is also a big issue in Pakistan. Now, I am entering Old Mirpur khas. My jeep is running on Mirpur Khas Sanghar road. It is in good condition. If you see any motorcyclist with a helmet, Kindly mention it in the comment section. Tharparkar and Cholistani mix breed. Competition in the telecom sector is high in Pakistan. There are many Mango Orchard. Mirpur Khas district is known for its mango cultivation, with hundreds of varieties of the fruit produced each year it is also called the City of Mangoes and has been home to an annual mango festival since 1955. I like buffalo milk, do you like it? Wheat is being grown from south to north but mismanagement cause to export one year and import another year. Belarus Tractor, Buffalos are welcoming on Sanghar City Gate. Sanghar city's population is about one lakh. Nawabshah city is situated in the middle of Sindh Province. Located in the middle of the Thar Desert, Bikaner is the fourth largest city of Rajasthan. Founded by Rao Bika in 1488 this popular heritage city is much renowned for mouthwatering Bikaneri Bhujias. Along with the rich architecture, heritage and culture, Bikaner also presents an exciting food scenario.
So while deciding upon the next food destination, Anubhav was suddenly taken over by the desire to travel to this wonderful city in search of food. Food that has shaped civilization over here. And that is how the Bikaner Food Series came into place.
In today's episode Anubhav is being joined by the gracious and amazing duo Graf Adhiraj Singh Taaffe Devra and Shanane Davis from Olkaan Nishtah ( which is a unique enterprise working towards the revival of the finest traditions in South Asian courtly culture including fine and decorative arts, gastronomy and etiquette.
Together they would embark on a cooking and eating experience beside Darbari lake. Located 29 km away from Bikaner, Darbari lake presents a serene and eye pleasing setting perfect for those craving solitude.
The agenda for the day was to witness the preparation of the Bikaner style Laal Maas and savour it with some heritage spirits. After reaching there Adhiraj set up the makeshift bar and the spot for woodfire cooking.
Then began the task of preparing this slow cooked mutton delicacy. Adhiraj was in charge of cooking and Anubhav was all excited to witness the process and discover the culinary stories associated with it.
With the finest in-house ingredients, great proficiency and loads of patience, Adhiraj recreated this intensely flavourful family recipe. Furthermore, while the laal maas was simmering away, he quickly conjured up a delicious bhuna Achari murg for starter using just a few common ingredients. We washed it down with some unique heritage spirits. The flavours included rose, fennel, saffron, mint etc.
Finally as the part of the last leg of cooking, once the meat had rested briefly over the embers, we all settled down to eat. With the tender meat and layers of flavours, this fiery red thick curry was super delicious. Anubhav was happy to pick up the nuances of this traditional dish.
After the meal it was time to depart for our next adventure. Hope you enjoy the drooling details.

Enjoyed the unique  taste of udaipur. Mutton Khad Maas recipe was very tender and very apt to palate. Dargah Hazrat Hajna Shah Huzoori is the much frequented religious place of the town. The devotees from far off places travel here daily in large numbers and offer fateha on the mazar and also carryout other rituals to please the buried saint to make their dreams come true. Dargah Hajna Shah, situated on the left bank of the river near to Qazi Masjid / Achhi Masjid is regarded as favourite place for seeking medical treatment or the assistance. The attendant of dargah also distribute some quantity of burnt oil to the out going batches of devotees for massage purpose. The oil is generally collected from the lamps lit around the grave of the saint.The shrine is without any tomb. The period or the age of the saint is not known.

The Faiz Mahal (Urdu: فَیض محل) is a palace in Khairpur, Sindh, Pakistan.
It was built by Mir Sohrab Khan in 1798 as the principal building serving as the sovereign's court for the royal palace complex of Talpur monarchs of the Khairpur dynasty. Originally it included the ruler's chambers along with 16 waiting rooms for courtiers and guest rooms for royal guests alongside the durbar and dining halls. Additionally there was the Hathi Khana for the royal elephant and the horses stables where today there is a mango orchard.
At present, Faiz Mahal serves as the home of the last Talpur monarch, H. H. Mir Ali Murad Khan Talpur II (born 1933), and his sons Prince Abbas Raza Talpur and Prince Mehdi Raza Talpur. After the original Constituent Assembly of Pakistan was abolished by the Chaudhry Ghulam Muhammad / General Iskander Mirza dictatorships, Khairpur state was merged with Pakistani state in 1955 using threat of military invasion in violation of the agreement Mir Ali Murad had with the founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Today the former sovereign is an environmentalist and has to his credit an extraordinary flora and fauna safe haven called the Mehrano reserve, famous for its black buck, and hog deer, which are now rare in Sindh. ~Wikipedia(
