Description: I went on a mission trip to Zacatecas Mexico with an 11-person team. We brought the message of the Bible about God’s love and about Jesus. On our trip we went to several villages, who according to an old lady who had lived in that village most of her life said, we were the first Americans or White people she had seen. We preached Jesus to 7 people and 6 asked Jesus to be their Lord and Savior.
So, on our way to one of these remote villages, that we were going to use as a step off point or base of operations, we saw this Zacatecas Valley in Mexico. It was so Beautiful I had to share it with all my viewers. Enjoy. Please don’t ask me where it is, I have no Idea as I was only a passenger in the van that drove us there. Best Wishes & Blessings. El Día de Muertos en México tiene su origen en la creencia de nuestros pueblos originarios sobre la vida después de la muerte. Los mayas, aztecas, huastecos y purépechas, todos sin excepción tenían su propia cosmovisión en la que la muerte ocupaba un lugar esencial.
La muerte tiene un significado diferente para cada cultura y país en el mundo. Por la herencia de nuestros ancestros, en México hay fiesta, mucha comida y baile.
El 1 y 2 de noviembre, son los días oficiales el Día de Muertos. Festejar la vida de quienes ya no están con nosotros. Por eso fuimos, al seno de la cultura purépecha en Michoacán, para disfrutar de las ofrendas, la música, y la nostalgia con la que cada año se recuerda a nuestros difuntos.
Para sentir la esencia más pura de la celebración del Días de los Muertos, nos alejamos de Morelia para dirigirnos a los pueblos, que viven a la orilla del Lago de Pátzcuaro, donde, desde hace cientos de años, se ha asentado la cultura Purépecha.

Zacatecas is a state of Mexico, located in the northern region. It is bounded to the northwest by Durango, to the north by Coahuila, to the east by San Luis Potosí, to the south by Aguascalientes and Guanajuato and to the southwest by Jalisco and Nayarit. Day 15 - VLOG 237
We wake up again at 5am to catch the El Chepe train as we make our way to the station. Seeing lots of people and the station is open, BUT the ticket booth is closed! I couldn’t believe it!! ???????? No tickets were being sold this morning for the El Chepe and that meant I couldn’t get on the train that was there right in front of me that I have been waiting 2 days for!!
This whole El Chepe train ride has been a disaster from the beginning. I basically lost 4 nights of accommodation I had booked and paid for along country side plus the flight from the destination to Cancún! All in all basically wasted $500 and 5 days of my holiday! ????????
The only thing I could do was book another flight from Los Mochis to Cancun this evening which cost me another $600 and sleep overnight at Mexico City. Damn it’s been a slow journey but next stop is finally Island paradise. ????????
My whole journey hasn’t really felt like a holiday yet with such strenuous activities and cold weather but I’m glad I’m finally getting to the best part of the trip!! ????☀️????
