Is CHINA really what you think? Join me on my first day exploring Shanghai to find out the truth. Given the news headlines about government surveillance and tension with other countries, I was nervous about visiting China. However, I wanted to experience the real China for myself beyond the media narratives. So I flew to Shanghai with an open mind. And what I discovered surprised me.
I went to China on a 144-hour transit visa, which I will talk about in detail in my video. I found Shanghai an advanced, green city with kind people, tasty food, and awesome infrastructure like the maglev bullet train. While there are certainly political issues in China worth discussing, on a human level most locals I met were welcoming and simply living normal lives - working hard and enjoying time with family and friends.
Overall, Shanghai felt safe, convenient and modern with cutting-edge technology everywhere. From mobile payments to ubiquitous electric vehicles, China seems ahead of much of the world in innovation. Yes, personal freedoms and certain websites/apps are restricted in China relative to Western countries. But Shanghai hardly felt oppressed given the vibrant street life and economic prosperity on display.

วัดอุโมงค์ (สวนพุทธธรรม) เป็นวัดเก่าแก่ ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันตกของเมืองเชียงใหม่ และตั้งอยู่บริเวณเชิงดอยสุเทพ อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งอยู่ทางทิศใต้ของมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ หรืออยู่ในซอยหลังมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
ประวัติ
ราวปี พ.ศ. 1839 พระยามังรายทรงสร้างอาณาจักรล้านนาร่วมกับพระสหาย คือ พ่อขุนรามคำแหงมหาราช กษัตริย์ปกครองสุโขทัย และพญางำเมือง กษัตริย์ปกครองพะเยา มาสร้างเมืองเวียงเหล็ก (บริเวณวัดเชียงมั่นในปัจจุบัน) และตั้งชื่อเมืองว่า “นพบุรี ศรีนครพิงค์” ท่านมีความใฝ่ในศาสนาพุทธ จึงทรงทำนุบำรุง ส่งเสริมศาสนาให้รุ่งเรืองในล้านนา ในขณะนั้น ทางฝ่ายพระเจ้ารามคำแหงมหาราชได้ส่งคนนิมนต์พระสงฆ์จากลังกามาอาศัยอยู่ใน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เพื่อที่พระสงฆ์ได้เผยแพร่พระพุทธศาสนาในสุโขทัย เมื่อพระยามังรายทราบข่าวดังกล่าว จึงส่งคนไปนิมนต์พระลังกาจากพระเจ้ารามคำแหง 5 รูป โดยมีพระกัสสปะเถระเป็นหัวหน้าคณะสงฆ์นี้ โดยจำพรรษาที่วัดการโถม ต่อมาพระยามังรายสร้างวัดเวฬุกัฏฐาราม (ปัจจุบัน คือ วัดอุโมงค์) เมื่อสร้างเสร็จจึงอาราธนาพระมหากัสสปะเถระจำพรรษาที่วัดแห่งนี้

There are four climbing routes leading to the summit of Mt Fuji.
(1) Yoshida Route: Fuji Subaru Line fifth station
(2) Subashiri Route: Subashiguchi fifth station

(4) Fujinomiya route: Fujinomiya-guchi fifth station
This time, we climbed the mountain from the Yoshida Route, the fifth station of the Fuji Subaru Line (1), which is relatively easy even for beginners.
????What we noticed when we climbed
As there is a risk of altitude sickness, it is recommended to stay overnight at the fifth station to allow your body to acclimatise before climbing to the summit.
There is no running water on Mt Fuji.
Fuji, nor are there any springs or wells on the way up Mt Fuji, due to the geological features that allow water to pass through easily.
Hand-washing water in mountain huts and toilets is not drinkable, as it is made from rainwater and other accumulated water.
Therefore, you must always be prepared with drinking water when climbing Mt.Fuji.

Japanese Onsen Ryokan Where You Can Bathe with Snow Monkeys????♨️ | Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park | ASMR
Snow Monkey Park is a park located in Nagano, Japan for observing wild Japanese monkeys. It is a tourist spot, known for its wild monkeys soaking in hot springs in winter????♨️
We stayed at a hot spring inn called Jigokudani Korakukan, which is the closest to Snow Monkey Park. The ryokan has open-air baths, and wild monkeys also come, so if you're lucky, you can bathe together! It is a very nice ryokan with a long history and a family atmosphere. I was very moved when I took a bath with a monkey. I have never seen monkeys so close!
Snow monkeys are famous, but not many people know that there are hot springs where you can bathe with wild monkeys. At Korakukan, you can enjoy the hot springs without staying overnight until 3:00 pm, so be sure to check it out. Don't forget your swimsuit!

1953年新西蘭人埃德蒙·希拉里，與他的嚮導尼泊爾夏爾巴人丹寧·諾爾蓋，完成了人類歷史上首次登頂珠峰的壯舉。
如今隨著商業登山活動的快速發展，每年都有數百名遊客嘗試去攀登世界第一高峰，但攀登珠峰其實並不是一件簡單的登山旅行。
其門檻至少要幾十萬人民幣，而且並不保證能100%登頂，可以說這首先是燒錢的遊戲。
為什麼登一次珠峰要花費這麼多錢呢？因為登頂珠峰的背後需要一支強大的專業保障團隊的支撐，在國內幾十名西藏登山學校學生在每年春天的登山季，要在客戶登山之前先去珠峰探路鋪路，運送物資，搭建各級營地，還有一些學生作為嚮導陪客戶一起登山。
相對於中國的珠峰北坡，位於尼泊爾的珠峰南坡似乎難度稍小一些，但每一位登山者的花費也至少要幾萬美金。尼泊爾有很多的商業登山公司，世界各地的遊客更多的匯聚在這裡，因此也會引發出攀登珠峰最致命的問題-交通擁堵。
要知道在氧氣含量只有30%氣溫零下幾十度的雪山陡坡上，抓著繩子一動不動排隊一兩個小時會是多麼的殘忍？通常沖頂珠峰有一個兩點鐘規則，即是務必要在下午兩點前完成登頂並下撤，所以沖頂的隊伍都是在凌晨出發，目前為了更安全人們一致認為，如果上午11點無法登頂就必須要返回了，因為70%的登山事故都是在下山時發生的。
2012年5月19日這一天，同時有4名遊客在登頂後的下撤途中遇難。
其中加拿大女遊客施芮婭的故事似乎更發人深省，33歲的施芮婭為此次登頂珠峰抵押了房子總共花費了10萬美金，她並沒有高海拔登山經驗，因此她的登頂目標與身體極限產生了致命的矛盾。
5月19日當天南坡總共有150人（南北坡共234人）要去登頂，漫長的排隊等待額外消耗掉了很多氧氣。
當施芮婭的兩位嚮導發現她在沖頂的路上越來越虛弱，並且時間已經接近中午卻還未能登頂時，曾勸她放棄並立即返回，但施芮婭拒絕了。
最後12米高的希拉里台階是一道致命的屏障，不過最終施芮婭在經歷了17個小時的漫長等待和攀爬之後，終於在下午兩點登頂成功。
由於嚴重的交通擁堵，她被迫等待了25分鐘才於兩點半開始下撤。
儘管身邊有兩名嚮導陪同，但體力和氧氣都已耗盡的施芮婭，還是倒在了距離營地僅250米遠的地方，Save me，是她留在人世間的最後一句話。

2014年昆布冰川大雪崩導致15名夏爾巴人遇難，2015年尼泊爾大地震更是增大了攀登珠峰的難度。
隨著全球氣候變暖，攀登珠峰變得越來越危險，即使有一天你可能成功登頂珠峰，但一定不要忘記與你形影不離的嚮導，和那些為你鋪路，運物資，搭帳篷和做飯的人。
有記者曾問希拉里1953年第一個登頂珠峰的人到底是誰？他沒有回答只是與他的嚮導（夏爾巴人諾爾蓋）相視一笑。

But my friend explained to me that's a traditional bridge building that maybe some people (like me!) think it's a kind of a temple! But it's not!
