Wineglass Bay is in the Freycinet National Park. The walk to the lookout is short but steep and definitely worth it once you get to the top and see the fantastic views of Wineglass Bay. The crystal clear blue waters and white sandy beaches of Wineglass Bay are truly breathtaking sights.

Wineglass Bay is considered one of the top ten beaches in the world; it is nestled in the iconic Hazards range and bordered by pink granite peaks.
Once on the beach, you can swim in the pristine water or wander along the soft white sand.
Hazards Beach
Hazards Beach is a long, beautiful beach that runs the length of the Freycinet Peninsula’s west coast. You will see a little island in Great Oyster Bay from the beach. Hazards Beach can be reached by doing the Wineglass Bay and Hazards Beach Circuit walk.
Cape Tourville
Cape Tourville Lighthouse is a lovely easy walk with amazing views. The walking track is mainly a boardwalk and is suitable for wheelchairs and prams. You will see incredible coastal views of the Freycinet National Park and a glimpse of Wineglass Bay.

Honeymoon Bay
Honeymoon Bay is a lovely little bay surrounded by trees and between two rocky outcrops, with wonderful views of the Hazards. As it's pretty sheltered, it's an excellent spot for swimming and snorkelling.
Sleepy Bay
A short 10-minute wander will get you to Sleepy Bay. This beautiful little bay has a gravelly beach, lovely orange-coloured lichen rocks and stunning aqua-blue water. There are also some unusual rock formations here.
Watch the Sunrise
Friendly Beaches is a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise over the ocean, and to make it easier, you can camp in the National Park. Other great places to see the sunrise are Coles Bay, Cape Tourville Lighthouse and the top of Mt Amos.
Wineglass Bay Cruise
Cruise the spectacular coastline of Freycinet National Park from Coles Bay to Wineglass Bay. Pennicott Wilderness Journeys has cruises daily departing from Coles Bay.
Friendly Beaches
The Friendly Beaches Reserve is a 140-hectare coastal nature reserve with a long expanse of beautiful sandy beaches. You can walk miles on the beautiful white sand, swim, or camp along the foreshore at Friendly Beaches.
