- Trace : disponible sur Visorando.
- Accessibilité : Bons marcheurs. Ca grimpe. N'oubliez pas le bâton de randonnée et de bonnes chaussures de randos (cailloux).
- Ombre : Modérée. Prévoir de l'eau en quantité. De nombreux cours d'eau pour la trempette des chiens.
- Départ : Itxassou.
- Temps : environ 5h10. 555m de dénivelé. 13.4kms.

Depuis Mimizan j'ai un compagnon de marche, Stephane en route pour Saint Jacques de Compostelle.
Nous descendons sur la voie littoral vers Bayonne et puis Hendaye.
On attaque le Gr10 qui nous ammène en 5 etappes a Saint-Jean-pied-de-Port croisement des chemins Saint Jacques et le Gr10

En plus d'être retournés dans certains endroits (Guethary, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Espelette, Saint-Sébastien...) nous avons fait de nouvelles découvertes (Ciboure, La Bastide Clairence, Sare, Hendaye...). 2010-05-10-Pyrenees tour-A
During our Pyrenees trip 2010 we had a tour from Montory through St. Jean Pied le Port, St. Etienne de Baigorry, Espelette, Ainhoa, Biarritz, Hasparren, Saint Palais, Mauleon, Oloron and back to the hotel in Montory. We had a beatiful day and we were riding with all 6 bikers at that time. On our way back I (Robert) started to video tape the group behind me. We were changing speed as it fitted the group and the situation. I have split the whole movie into 3 sections A, B and C. A funny part is shown in the last section when we arrived with good speed at a scene where 2 French policemen (flics) blocked the road and I still had the camera on. I thought they had lasered our speed and now we would have to pay. And I was worried that the camera was still running. But they just showed us another direction because the road ahead of us was blocked. I left this scene in the video because I think it is funny.
