Après une rencontre avec des orpailleurs, Philippe se rend sur les bords de la mer Noire. De là part un train dans lequel on peut emprunter des livres, une véritable bibliothèque sur rails qui emmène le voyageur jusqu'à Tbilisi, la capitale. Dans cette ville, on perpétue une tradition romantique : à la nuit tombée, les demandes en mariage se font en musique. Après un voyage en train-couchette, Philippe se réveille au coeur de la cité troglodytique de Vardzia. Non loin de là, un petit train bucolique, le Kukushka, emmène le voyageur à travers des paysages grandioses. Philippe termine son voyage dans les vignobles géorgiens.

A refugee camp near the northern French coastal town of Dunkirk was largely burned after riots. According to the fire department are at least ten people injured in the fires.

The French police establishes a link between the fires and riots, but the exact cause has yet to be explored. The 1,000 to 1,500 residents of the camp have been placed in an emergency shelter. The refugee camp in the village of Grande-Synthe was first tent camp. MSF has put down wooden houses. The French authorities had announced that the camp would be evacuated in the near future.
The conditions in Grande-Synthe would have been even worse than in the illegal camp in Calais which was cleared last October. Many migrants who were in the so-called jungle of Calais', then went to the camp at Dunkirk

One of my favorite places is a great day trip from LeHavre, France. The town is old and charming. The cliffs are spectacular. Artists like Manet and Monet have painted them.
A local bus from the main train terminal can get you there in 45 minutes for 2 Euros each way.
