This is General Luna in Siargao. The main commercial area of the island.
In this walking tour, I will be showing you what's it like in General Luna. You'll also notice that there are a lot of foreigners here. In fact, at the time of taking this video, it's not even half of the tourists you'll normally see here. You'll see more especially in the afternoon.
I also wrote some tips when choosing your accommodations in Siargao. After the walking tour, I rode a motorcycle to tour the rest of General Luna.

Philippines tourism appears to be back to normal and these tourist spots are thriving again. I really enjoyed Palawan and many would say that is the best place in the Philippines, with El Nido and Coron being the top places there. I also felt Siargao was a special place to visit for its diversity in activities to do. Boracay seemed to be the most popular tourist destination in Philippines. Not many places in the Philippines have captured the hearts and minds of travelers quite like Siargao has. It’s an Island paradise—the mere mention of its name instantly brings up thoughts of white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, coconuts trees and perfect waves.
The island attracts people from all over the world from all walks of life. This is due in part to the world-class surf and the rich biodiversity of the surrounding waters which have drawn in surfers and sports fishers alike.
There is so much to do and see here despite its being a small island in the Pacific, and we suggest putting Siargao in your bucket list and knocking it off as soon as possible.

Siargao, Philippines - Siargao Island is becoming one of the most popular travel destinations in The Philippines. Along with Boracay and Palawan, Siargao is a popular Philippines travel island because of their famous surf breaks and laidback atmosphere.
I'm not a very good surfer, so instead, I decided to eat my way around General Luna in between all the things to do in Siargao.
