Auf diese und viele anderen Fragen, möchte ich euch in diesem Video Antworten geben, euch diese wundervolle Tour der Via Francigena vorstellen, sowie eindrucksvolle Impressionen aus der Schweiz und der Alpenüberquerung zeigen.
Darüber hinaus möchte ich euch motivieren, eure eigenen, ganz persönlichen Nischen zu finden, um Möglichkeiten zu erkennen, zumindest auf Zeit, aus dem Hamsterrrad Alltag aussteigen zu können.

To these and many other questions, I would like to give you answers in this video, to introduce you to this wonderful tour of the Via Francigena, as well as to show you impressive impressions from Switzerland and the crossing of the Alps.
Beyond that I would like to motivate you to find your own personal niches, in order to recognize possibilities, at least for a while, to get out of the hamster wheel everyday life.

Heute geht's an den zweiten Abschnitt unserer Pilger Tour und zwar beginnen wir im altehrwürdigen Aosta und es geht durch das Aostatal und quer durch die Po-Ebene bis nach Garlasco. Ganz ehrlich, meine Gefühle sind sehr widersprüchlich, denn ich bin ein Kind des Erzgebirges, liebe Berge, liebe Wälder und wer von euch schon in der Poebene gewesen ist, sie ist flach wie eine Tischtennisplatte, weit und breit kaum Bäume. und dort sollen wir 300 Kilometer durchlaufen? Ganz ehrlich, ich hatte ein bisschen Angst davor, ob man dort in dieser endlosen Ebene nicht den Horror bekommt. Aber, wenn man nach Rom will, dann muss man einfach dort durch und deshalb lasst uns jetzt einfach gemeinsam losgehen.

Oggi iniziamo la seconda parte del nostro pellegrinaggio nella veneranda Aosta, attraverso la Valle d'Aosta e la Pianura Padana fino a Garlasco. Sinceramente, i miei sentimenti sono molto contraddittori, perché sono un figlio dei Monti Metalliferi, delle montagne, dei boschi e di chi di voi è già stato nella Pianura Padana, è piatta come un tavolo da ping-pong, in lungo e in largo non ci sono quasi alberi. e lì dovremmo camminare per 300 chilometri? Pilgern auf der Via Francigena und die genialen Begegnungen unterwegs, davon soll euch dieser Film erzählen. Die Via Francigena, eine alte römische Handels-und Heerstraße führt von Canterbury nach Rom. Natürlich über den Ärmelkanal, quer durch Frankreich, sie berührt die alte Römerstadt Reims, welche der Legende nach von Remus, dem Bruder des Romulus, Gründer des antiken Roms, gegründet worden sein soll. Am Genfer See erreicht unsere Route die Schweiz und führt weiter durchs Rhonetal, hoch auf den Großen St. Bernhard Paß, um dort Italien zu erreichen. Anschließend geht es hinunter ins altehrwürdige Aosta und durch das gleichnamige Tal in die von vielen so gefürchtete Po-Ebene. Diese streckt sich auf etwa 300 Km durch wirkliches Kulturland, vorbei an vielen altehrwürdigen Ortschaften und Kulturgütern, bis sie den Rand der Apenninen erreicht. Das ist ein wundervolles Gebirge und für die Mühen der Kraxelei wird man belohnt – nämlich mit der toskanischen Riviera am Mittelmeer. Der Name sagt es ja, als nächstes folgt die Toskana mit den alten Städten Lucca, Siena und vielen anderen. Schließlich wartet als letzte römische Provinz auf unserem Pilgerroute das Latium mit Rom als Ziel.
The Via Francigena, an ancient Roman trade and military road leads from Canterbury to Rome. It crosses the English Channel and crosses France, touching the ancient Roman city of Reims, which according to legend was founded by Remus, the brother of Romulus, founder of ancient Rome. At Lake Geneva our route reaches Switzerland and continues through the Rhone valley, high up to the Great St. Bernard Pass, to reach Italy. Then we descend to the venerable Aosta and through the valley of the same name to the Po Valley, so dreaded by many. This stretches for about 300 km through real cultivated land, past many venerable villages and cultural assets, until it reaches the edge of the Apennines. This is a wonderful mountain range and for the effort of the scramble one is rewarded - namely with the Tuscan Riviera on the Mediterranean Sea. The name says it all, next comes Tuscany with the ancient cities of Lucca, Siena and many others. Finally, as the last Roman province on our pilgrimage route, Latium is waiting with Rome as destination.
La Via Francigena, antica via commerciale e militare romana, conduce da Canterbury a Roma. Attraversa la Manica e attraversa la Francia, toccando l'antica città romana di Reims, che secondo la leggenda fu fondata da Remo, fratello di Romolo, fondatore dell'antica Roma. Al Lago di Ginevra il nostro percorso raggiunge la Svizzera e prosegue attraverso la valle del Rodano, in alto fino al Passo del Gran San Bernardo, per raggiungere l'Italia. Poi si scende alla venerabile Aosta e attraverso l'omonima valle fino alla pianura padana, così temuta da molti. Si estende per circa 300 km attraverso veri e propri terreni coltivati, passando accanto a numerosi e venerabili borghi e beni culturali, fino ad arrivare ai margini dell'Appennino. Si tratta di una splendida catena montuosa e per la fatica della scalata viene premiata - in particolare con la riviera toscana sul Mediterraneo. Il nome dice tutto, poi viene la Toscana con le antiche città di Lucca, Siena e molte altre. Infine, come ultima provincia romana sulla nostra via di pellegrinaggio, il Lazio ci aspetta con Roma come meta.
La Via Francigena, une ancienne route commerciale et militaire romaine, mène de Canterbury à Rome. The French Hiking Federation (FFRandonnée) and the European Association of the Via Francigena ways (EAVF) organised a hike «J'aime Francigena», which took place from 21 to 23 September 2022. During 3 walking days participants explored on foot two picturesque French departments of Marne and Aube, learnt their history, enjoyed unique heritage and natural highlights, took part in tastings and cultural events.
