Join us for our Sao Paulo travel guide as we highlight the top 20 things to do in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Visiting Sao Paolo was a bit intimidating. We weren't really sure what to expect prior to visiting South America's largest city, however, we found that in that midst of the crowds and chaos there were cool pockets filled with parks, street art, and an abundance of restaurants. For this video, we also had two of our Brazilian friends join us and they were able to provide a unique window into the city. This travel guide will showcase 20 things to do in Sao Paulo, Brazil:

Our visit São Paulo travel guide documentary covers some of the top attractions including a food guide (best restaurants and street food), top museums and São Paulo at night. 20 Things to do in São Paulo, Brazil Travel Guide and Top Attractions Video Transcript:
Within the park grounds you’ll find the Afro-Brasil Museum, which is a contemporary museum that looks at African culture and influence in Brazilian society. And not too far from there, you’ll come across the Museum of Modern Art.
Batman Alley is located in Vila Madalena and it has become a popular tourist and Instagram spot. Apparently the place gets its name because the first piece of graffiti to go up was one of Batman back in the 1980s.
If you’re a football lover, this is a place you won’t want to miss.
Being the foodies that we are, we couldn’t skip the Municipal Market. Here you can find exotic fruits, fresh vegetables, meats, spices and even restaurants. We went there right around the lunch hour to try the famed mortadella sandwich.
From there, we visited Sao Paulo Cathedral. We only learned this after our visit, but there’s a crypt you can visit.
Next up we headed to the neighbourhood of Liberdade, which has the largest Japanese community in the world outside of Japan. We decided to hit up a sushi buffet for some food!
That evening we met up with our Brazilian friends, who took us out for a night on the town.
That morning we visited Pinacoteca do Estado, which is a cool art museum that focuses on works by Brazilian artist or works with Brazilian subject matter.
After that we headed over to Parque da Luz. This park is right next to the museum and it has a lot of interesting sculptures scattered about.
Sao Paulo’s Teatro Municipal first opened in 1911. The Martinelli building is 30 stories high and it was the first skyscraper in South America.
And that’s a quick look at how we spent 2 days in Sao Paulo. We hope you enjoyed this guide and that it gave you some ideas on how to tackle South America’s largest city. Caçapava is a Brazilian municipality in the state of São Paulo, located in a strategic region, between São José dos Campos and Taubaté in the Vale do Paraíba, in the interior of São Paulo. Its estimated population as of July 1, 2021 was 95,752. It has an area of 368.99 km².
Caçapava is located in Vale do Paraíba, between Serra do Mar and Mantiqueira. The bordering municipalities are Taubaté to the northeast, Redenção da Serra to the southeast, Jambeiro to the south, São José dos Campos to the southwest and Monteiro Lobato to the northwest.

The name of the municipality originates from the Tupi language and means clearing or passage in the forest, from ka'a, forest and asapaba, passage[6]. Probably, the name was given due to the large natural crevice that exists in the Serra do Mar in this region and which is responsible for the dense fogs coming from the Atlantic Ocean in the winter period.
Caçapava emerged through two different nuclei. The oldest nucleus, which today is the neighborhood of Vila Velha de Caçapava, was a village that grew up around the Nossa Senhora d'Ajuda chapel, built in 1705 on the land of a farm belonging to Jorge Dias Velho and landing place of the path. Real that connected the municipalities of São Paulo and Taubaté.
Caçapava Velha (as the village is known today) was elevated to the status of parish on March 18, 1813 with the name of Cassapaba parish. Today's Caçapava appeared in 1842, the year in which a chapel dedicated to Saint John the Baptist was built. The village was founded by Captain João Ramos da Silva and became the parish seat. On May 3, 1850, it was elevated to the category of village, becoming a municipality on April 14, 1855.
After coffee at the end of the 19th century, a period of economic stagnation followed. The recovery only took place in the mid-twentieth century with the cultivation of rice and the introduction of dairy farming and accelerated in the 1970s with the expansion of industrial activities in the municipality.

Neste vídeo te mostro os lugares mais perigosos de São Paulo!
São Paulo é uma cidade muito grande e com isso, existem lugares com muita aglomeração, e ali que acontecem grande parte dos roubos de celulares de bolsas, etc.
Existe muito policiamento na cidade mas não é suficiente.
Neste vídeo mostro a região da Praça da Sé, ondem muitas pessoas em situação de rua passam seus dias.
Ali acontecem muitos assaltos durante o dia e costuma ser deserto a noite.
Também mostrei o Viaduto do Chá e o Teatro Municipal, que é uma região também perigosa da cidade!
Em seguida passei na Praça da República, próximo da região da Cracolândia, e depois fui a Rua 25 de março, lugar bastante movimentado, principalmente aos sábados.
Depois passei na porta do Mercado Municipal, o Famoso Mercadão, e em seguida na
Zona Cerealista.
Depois fui ao bairro do Brás, no Largo da Concórdia, lugar também bastante
movimentado e perigoso.
Depois estive na Avenida Paulista, que também é perigoso mexer no celular, pois ali eles passam de bicicleta e levam seu celular embora sem você ver!

My Experience of the Amazing Rio Carnival - What Happens During Carnival in Rio | Brazil Travel ????????
The Rio Carnival in Rio de Janeiro (Portuguese: Carnaval do Rio de Janeiro) is a festival held every year before Lent; it is considered the biggest carnival in the world, with two million people per day on the streets. The first Carnival festival in Rio occurred in 1723.
Rio Carnival is meant to celebrate the beginning of Catholic Lent; it's perhaps most well-known for being an incredible spectacle of samba dancing, live music in the streets, world-class parades, colorful costumes, and vibrant revelry.
Rio Carnival takes place in February or March (depending on the calendar), which is also the middle of summer in Brazil. Bring on the heat and humidity! It encompasses elaborate costumes filled with extravagant feathers, sequins, and glitter. Parades are the main event of the Rio Carnival festivities. The energetic, colorful parades consist of floats, dancing, and elaborate costumes.
The Carnival festival happens over a few days, usually just before Lent, in February or March. Because traditionally, many people go on a fast during Lent, giving up meat, sugar, or other foods and drink, the carnival is an opportunity to enjoy these treats for the last time.
