It was a chilly spring day that I got spend at an amazing place with an even more amazing person (Mckaila) at Ellettsville’s own Beanblossom Bottoms Nature Preserve!!
This place has more than 800 acres of contiguous land and over 2 miles of trails.

Cedar Bluff Nature Preserve| Bloomington | Indiana
Located a few minutes south of Bloomington, Indiana is a 1.25 lollipop trail that follows Clear Creek until you navigate up a 75 foot limestone bluff. While the trail is short, don’t be fooled, it has its rugged spots.
Even though the trail is rugged at spots the views of the clear creek and the wild flowers are worth every step. This trail is heavily traveled by the locals for a reason, so join me in visiting a Bloomington, Indiana favorite.

This is a video of a drive I took on July 4th weekend, 2021, through SW Indiana along US Highway 41. It was a beautiful day for a trip. The old alignment into Vincennes starts near 7:00. A slideshow of the Indiana Military Museum and other historic sites in Vincennes starts near 14:00
