Floralia Brussels, Belgium - Groot-Bijgaarden Castle
Floralia Brussels is a spring flower exhibition event at Groot-Bijgaarden Castle in Brussels, Belgium. As a tourists I have always Groot-Bijgaarden Castleadmired the beauty of historical monuments and castles. The castle in the village of Grand Bigard (Groot-Bijgaarden), 7 km from Brussels, surrounded by deep waters reflect the centuries-old beech trees. A five-arch bridge, headed by two heraldic lions from 17th century, one of the event every spring is spring flower exhibition in the park and the greenhouses of the castle of Grand Bigard (Groot-Bijgaarden) offers an unforgettable flower experience.
The park of 14 hectares incorporates nearly all spring bulb varieties. For the new flowering time, the gardeners of the castle have planted by hand more than one million bulbs. Special attention goes to the tulips, with almost 400 varieties, hyacinths and daffodils are also well represented. The creation of this flower exhibition is possible thanks to the participation of major Dutch bulb producers and exporters.
The design and the realization of the Flower Show in Grand Bigard has been taken care by Maarten Bakker, descendant of a famous family of bulb producers in the Netherlands. He looks always for the most interesting varieties and the creation of the flowerbeds. He searches across the Netherlands in order to find the most beautiful species and the most talented producers. Maarten composes the different gardens while taking the diversity of the colours as well as their time of blooming into account.

[4KHDR] Driving in Belgium: Autoroute A26 E25 from Houffalize to Liège
In this video you can drive along on the A26 E25 from Houffalize to Liège in the East of Belgium. This motorway is the main through route from Luxembourg to Liège and the East of the Netherlands. Therefore it's especially popular and well-used during vacation time, as many travellers go South on the Route du Soleil in France.
Until the area around Liège, you can see that the motorway is in quite bad condition. There are many potholes and the asphalt is of bad quality (you can see the vibration in the footage). Could this part of the A26 possibly be the worst quality motorway in Western Europe?
Luckily the nice scenery of the Ardennes is a nice distraction. From a scenery perspective, this is one of the most beautiful areas of Belgium to drive through. In previous videos we already drove the A27 from the German border to Liège, make sure to check that out as well!
