Travel notice: Ethiopia, Nigeria, the Philippines and Pakistan

In this video, I look at four recent travel notices issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Travel notices that were issued include: Ethiopia due to the Chikungunya outbreak, Nigeria as they battle a yellow fever outbreak, polio in the Philippines and the large extensively drug-resistant (XDR) typhoid fever outbreak in Pakistan.

I discuss the outbreaks and what the CDC recommends concerning protecting yourself if you are traveling to any of these four countries.

Fixing my seat in Nairobi and hanging out with Anne!

After returning to Kenya, I brought a gift to my friend Josh in Tanzania. So, I had to go downtown again to find a bus company, that could take the parcel there. I also wanted to fix the seat on the Honda, as the cover on both sides was torn. Anne, my local rider friend knew exactly where to do that. She also made sure we visit all her local favourite places and invited me to come stay with her north of Nairobi, and since we both felt we needed to share a lot more adventures, I got my stuff and moved in with her!
