Ever since I first learned about the city of Rio de Janeiro when I was a kid growing up, I have wanted to visit. Finally, the time has come. In this Brazilian street food tour in Rio de Janeiro, we’ll go to eat some of the best street food snacks and dishes, some hole in the wall style Brazilian food restaurants, and also visit some of the most unbelievable and gorgeous sights and attractions in Rio de Janeiro. It’s one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever visited.
Here’s the Brazilian food and things we did:
Mineiro, Sausage Sandwich - 5 BRL ($1.26) - For Brazilian breakfast we headed to Mineiro for his neighborhood grilled sausage sandwich, topped with his house made aioli dressing, cheese, and lettuce, and his own home-made chili sauce. He’s not only an amazing guy, but his sausage sandwich is outstanding. When you’re in Rio de Janeiro, you don’t want to miss it. Located just outside Siqueira Campos MRT Metro station (Map: sets up in the morning about 7 am.
Trem do Corcovado - 65 BRL ($16.44) - Christ the Redeemer - I pre-bought tickets online for the tram, so when we arrived we just picked up and printed the tickets. The tram took about 20 minutes and Christ The Redeemer at the top was breathtaking.
Selaron Steps - Another attraction in Rio de Janeiro that I wasn’t going to miss was the Selaron Steps, created by Chilean artist Selaron. They are so cool and so iconic.
Lunch at Bar Rex - For some seriously meaty Brazilian food, Bar Rex is the spot. They serve an major selection of drinks, but they also specialize in food like roasted chicken, sausages, and the oxtail. The food was outstanding, and the owners are just so cool. Location:
Ipanema Beach - World famous, one of the most well known beaches in the world, and for a good reason - the scenery is spectacular. We had a tea with Marcelo (5 BRL ($1.26) and then tried some of the Brazilian local favorite comfort Biscoito Globo cassava snacks. Finally, another iconic Brazilian drink is the caipirinha (15 BRL ($3.79) made on the beach.
Copacabana Beach - Next up on this Brazilian street food and attractions tour we stopped at the famous Copacabana Beach and had a coconut (6.50 BRL ($1.64) and continued on the Red Beach in Urca to get a good view of Sugarloaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar).
Bar Urca - Also in Urca, you’ll find Bar Urca, an old food and bar establishment that’s famous for serving empada de camarão (6.50 BRL ($1.64), shrimp filled pastries. Many people order and then sit on the edge of the water in the evening. Location:
Bar Gato de Botas - A Brazilian boteco is a bar and restaurant that serves small plates of food similar to tapas. The owner of Bar Gato de Botas is a legend and his plates of Brazilian food are delicious. Location:
Brazilian meat kebabs - Finally to end this incredible street food tour of Rio de Janeiro, we returned back to the same spot where we had breakfast, but in the evening, a different yet equally friendly man sets up selling Brazilian meat kebas and home cooked Brazilian food. When you order a kebab, you can get it stopped with cassava powder and drenched in hot sauce - it was so good. Location: Sets up in the evening about 6 pm.
Rio de Janeiro is a beautiful city and this Brazilian street food tour and attraction in Rio was amazing - the food, the people, the scenery.

Nice beach in CopaCavana. The Sugarloaf Mountain which is the landmark peak overlooking Rio de Janeiro. We don't have much time so we choose to visit here because it like whole package. You can see everything from the top the beauty of Brazil. And plus in FATIMA, PORTUGAL this is one of amazing place too, for me as a Catholic was great opportunity to visit here. One of the famous place also. Can't explain how it feels like. I could say lucky for those who have visited here, aside from far it is also expensive but it's worth it. To visit the SANCTUARY OF OUR LADY OF FATIMA was really feeling so good and so blissful. It's amazing! Thank's GOD. I you enjoy the place. Thank you for Watching.

Cordisburgo is a municipality in the state of Minas Gerais in the Southeast region of Brazil. It is the birthplace of the writer João Guimarães Rosa. Wikipedia
The city of Cordisburgo is famous for being the land of João Guimarães Rosa, an important Brazilian writer, and the Maquiné Cave, an ancient natural monument. Located in the central region of the state, the municipality is 120 kilometers from the capital of Minas Gerais.
It is possible to identify in the works of Guimarães Rosa the experience of his childhood in Cordisburgo, a city that is very proud to be the birthplace of such an illustrious writer and maintains monuments in his honor. The city breathes Guimarães Rosa so much that some stores even make reference to the writer and his works.
For literature lovers, visiting the house where the writer spent his childhood means being able to travel a little through his works. The space became the Casa Guimarães Rosa Museum and each room occupied by the writer at the beginning of the 20th century features phrases from Sagarana and other works by him, with manuscripts, documents, clothes and utensils, such as his typewriter. During the guided tour, it is said that the writer hid under his father's sales counter, listening and writing down customers' stories, which later served as inspiration for his books. At the end of the visit he has story telling. -

Let's explore Brazil not only as a tourist or a backpacker, Let's experience Brazil in the way Brazilians do. I will take you to the Brazilian countryside, show you their life style and their amazing food. Brazil has amazing places, dreamy sceneries, and new places to explore.
In this first video I will take you from Sao Pablo to Teresina of Piaui and from there to Bom Jesus de Piaui. In our way to Bom Jesus we will stop in the amazing city of Violeta were we will see the Pocos Jorrante/ Gauging Wells.
And we will finish the video walking around down town from the Cathedral to the Marcos Aurelio Squeare.

1 - Basílica de São Pedro, Vaticano
São Pedro é considerada a igreja mãe da Igreja Católica Romana e um dos locais mais sagrados pelos católicos. Diz a tradição, que abaixo do altar encontra-se o tumulo de Pedro, um dos doze apóstolos de Cristo, assim considerado o primeiro papa da igreja católica. A basílica possui uma área construída de 23.000 m², com área interna de 15.160 m² e capacidade máxima de 60 mil fiéis.
2 - Basílica de Nossa Senhora Aparecida, Brasil
O maior centro de peregrinação mariana do mundo, fica no Brasil (maior pais católico do mundo). O Santuário, construído entre 1946 a 1980, chega a receber 10 milhões de visitas por ano. Em seu interior cabem de 45 a 70 mil devotos, num espaço de 12.000 m². A basílica fica em Aparecida, interior de São Paulo.
3 - Catedral de Sevilha, Espanha
A Catedral de Santa Maria da Sé, conhecida como catedral de Sevilha foi construída no século 16. O local também é conhecido por ser onde foi enterrado Cristóvão Colombo. Sua área interna mede 11.520 m² com detalhes riquíssimos da arquitetura gótica. É reconhecido pela UNESCO como Patrimônio Histórico da Humanidade.
4 - Catedral de São João o Divino, EUA
Com 11.200 m² de área interna, é a maior igreja dos EUA. Segue denominação Episcopal da linha Anglicana. Foi fundada em 1892, mas após o incêndio de 2001, sua decoração neogótica foi comprometida.
5 - Catedral de Milão, Itália
É a igreja gótica mais famosa da Europa. Sua estrutura e acabamento levaram quase 6 séculos para ser, o que é hoje. É um dos principais cartões postais de Milão, referencia em arquitetura, arte e literatura. Seu interior tem 10.186 m².
6 - Catedral de Liverpool, Reino Unido
É a 2ª maior igreja Anglicana do mundo. Sua construção, entre 1904 e 1978, foi inspirada no estilo neogótico. Em sua área interna de 9.687 m², tem capacidade máxima de até 5.800 pessoas.
7 - Santuário de Nossa Senhora de Lichen, Polônia
Construída através de doações de peregrinos, a basílica levou 10 anos para ficar pronta (1994-2004). A igreja, católica romana, fica em Lichen Stary na grande Polônia e possui uma área interna de 10.090 m².
8 - Basílica da Santíssima Trindade, Portugal
Com capacidade para até 9 mil pessoas, a Basílica da Santíssima Trindade é a igreja mais moderna das 10. Ela foi construída entre 2004 a 2007 no município de Fátima em Portugal, onde houve aparição para alguns devotos. Sua decoração foi inspirada na arte bizantina e ortodoxa. Sua área interna é de 8.700 m².
9 - Basílica do Sagrado Coração, Bélgica
Considerado um marco histórico e de fé, a construção da igreja foi dedicada ao sagrado coração de Jesus, assim que concluída em 1969. A basílica fica na cidade de Bruxelas, e mede 8.000 m².
10 - Basílica de Nossa Senhora da Paz, Costa do Marfim
Com 8.000 m² de área interna, a construção da igreja foi inspirado na basílica de são Pedro em 1989. Apesar de parecer pequena, ela pode acomodar até 18 mil pessoas em seu interior.
