CEBU, PHILIPPINES - Welcome to Cebu, one of the greatest food cities in the Philippines! Today I’m hanging out with my friends Bhen and Yuri, and we’re going on an ultimate Filipino street food tour - which turned out to be more of an exotic food tour - eating some of the unique, wiggly, and incredibly delicious foods that you can find in Cebu!

Here’s everywhere we ate on this Cebu street food tour:
1. Jerbie's Kandingan ( - Naga, Cebu, Philippines - Early in the morning we started at Jerbie's Kandingan, known for their variety of stews, and especially Balbacua, a Filipino beef stew using all the hoofs and collage rich parts. The recipe is quite complicated with onions and ginger and pineapple juice and peanut butter. The result is this sticky and extremely tasty stew that’s a perfect easy start to your morning. We also had some Soup number 5, legendary power soup in the Philippines!
2. Ginabot sa Pardo ( - One of the greatest Philippines street foods in Cebu is ginabot, the raffled flower intestines deep fried. But the highlight is the dipping sauce that includes onions, chilies, calamansi, soy sauce, and vinegar. It’s a perfect crispy snack!
3. Delfa’s Tungolan ( - Next up on this action packed Philippines street food tour we went to the legendary Delfa’s Tungolan for her giant pig intestines stuffed with leek and green onions. They are deep fried and served again with the dipping sauce which makes it insanely tasty.
4. Brigols ( Mandaue City, Philippines - Another famous street food in Cebu is Tuslob buwa, pig brains melted with lard and scooped up with compressed rice. It’s fun to eat and it’s a delicious was to make full use of all the parts of the pig.
5. Matias BBQ ( - Finally to complete this ultimate Cebu street food tour we went to the iconic Matias BBQ, a household name in Cebu. We had some delicious organ skewers and tame chicken wings to end!
What a day of Filipino street food, eating some of the most extreme meats and foods Cebu has to offer!

TRAVELING PROVINCE ROADS OF CONSOLACION, CEBU BY MOTOR
Traveling off of the main highway on the province roads through Consolacion, Cebu offers unique sites and experiences. One can rent a habal habal motorbike taxi, tricycle driver, or taxi to take you around to view the sites. There are several subdivisions and housing options in the province that are usually much less expensive than in the city proper also. Consolation is about an hour north of Cebu City proper depending on traffic. There are no travel restrictions in place at the present time.

The wet market department offers all kinds of fresh seafood and poultry meat products. Almost all local products are sold on the dry market side. Come along on this trip from Cebu City going north on Cebu Island to the town of Consolacion, Philippines. It was a cloudy day but not enough rain to stop the trip by motorbike. We pass by several malls including Parkmall and Pacific Mall in Mandaue as well as Gaisano Grand malls. There are many more bicycles on the roads as there was a shortage of public transportation for about 10 months during the virus lockdown.

Tambayan sa Consolacion Food Park, Cebu, Philippines【4K】
Tambayan Food Park. The word Tambayan is a Cebuano word which means a place for hang-out. It is located in Consolacion, Cebu- northern part and 30 minute- night drive from the city. Technically, the place is a food park with lots of stalls.
The restaurants are made of container vans with great creativity. Mainly, they serve Filipino foods or dishes however there few international cuisine as well. It is a good place for dining and drinking. Many Filipino families visit and eat out to this place.
It has a vast parking space so customers who come with their vehicles have no worries at all. Live bands also entertain diners and you can even request your favorite songs to be played.

Nanda Cafe is located on top of Garing hills in Consolacion, Cebu. It's a 19 minutes ride from the highway.
The restaurant is open on weekdays 11am to 10pm and on weekends 7am to 10pm.
This is a quiet and peaceful place suitable for relaxation while enjoying the food and connect with nature as well.

SM City Consolacion, Cebu, Philippines- located in Cebu North Rd. Barangay Lamac, Consolacion, Cebu, Philippines. The mall is also locally known as SM Lacion. It is a medium sized mall with variety of shops and restaurants. They hold events or shows in the center court which add entertainment to mall- goers. This is a convenient mall to visit for people who reside in the northern Cebu areas. The mall has department store, cinemas, arcades, services like massage spa and dermatologist clinic. You can definitely have fun here without going to SM City Cebu and SM Seaside. The third floor hasn't been opened yet and has got a lot spaces to fill in.

DISCOVERY PARC | DRIVE&DRONE 4K #ConsolacionCebu
Drive and drone at Discovery Parc located in Brgy. Tihaong, Consolacion, Cebu. The latest tourist attraction in Northern Cebu.
It is located in a steep slope, with great views of the lush greeneries of Liloan and Consolacion. A coffee shop and a restaurant ready to serve pastries, coffee, and filipino dishes.
It is along the SRCDS Discovery Hills wherein the 100 feet tall shrine of the Our Lady of Fatima is located. During holy week most pilgrims spend their time in the station of the cross.
Try visiting the place with scenic views and chill atmosphere.
