Guimaras is a sub-province of Ilo-ilo. Going to Guimaras by boat, it may takes more or less 30-35 minutes from Ilo-ilo City. Arriving Jordan, one of the town in Guimaras, you can choose on riding by jeepny, taxi or tricycle going to San Miguel. Guimaras island is also known as a mango island in Western Visayas. Mostly tourist people came to Guimaras just to see and experence there yearly festival wich is
Manggahan Festival. Guimaras has also beautiful beaches and cottages for accomodation and most of all friendly people.

GUIMARAS WINDMILL
54-megawatt San Lorenzo Wind Farm is the first of its kind in the Visayas region and stretches up to 14 kilometers, making it one of the biggest wind farms in Southeast Asia.
This farm comprises 27 wind turbines that each stand at about 123 meters tall, with each turbine generating around 2 megawatts of power. Thus, producing a total of 54 megawatts of renewable energy. The farm started operating in 2014 and has since been producing renewable energy distributed to Western Visayas, Negros, and Cebu.
Aside from being a renewable energy source, the farm has also become a popular tourist attraction in the province. While visiting here, you can learn how renewable energy works while admiring the view of the turbines across the picturesque landscape.
For a better view of the surroundings, you can head up to Lookout Point Number Seventeen or WTF No. 17. From there, you can get a fantastic view of the wind turbines. It is also a great spot to enjoy the sunset.

Guimaras [ɡimaˈɾas] is an island province in the Philippines located in the Western Visayas region. Among the smallest provinces, its capital is Jordan. The island is located in the Panay Gulf, between the islands of Panay and Negros. To the northwest is the province of Iloilo and to the southeast is Negros Occidental. The whole island is part of the Metro Iloilo-Guimaras, one of the twelve metropolitan areas of the Philippines.
Most people associate Guimaras with its mangoes, which is the island’s most important product and the Philippines’ best export quality mangoes. They are grown in mango plantations spanning more than 8,000 hectares thoughout the island, which create an awesome verdant landscape and the characteristic ambience of rural life in this “Mango Country”.

The World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific held a side event entitled A Crisis at Our Doorstep: Act Now on Antimicrobial Resistance to Save Lives at the 73 Session of the Regional Committee Meeting in Oct 2022. Cross Country Engine Break In - Flight VLOG
After a successful first flight on the new engine it's time to get through the first 50 hour break in period. Breaking in an engine takes a lot of time and aggressively working the engine. The best way to accomplish that is running at high temps and high RPMs for periods of at least an hour. I took a beautiful April day and decided to put about 6 hours total time on the airplane and the new engine. This is the first leg traveling from Nashville to Memphis and landing during the mass FedEx Arrival.
