Town is well connected by roads. It is connected to major cities like Agra, Mathura, Firozabad, Etawah, Kannauj, Hardoi, Shahjahanpur by bus network. It is located on State Highway 21. It is about 25 km from National Highway 19(Earlier, National Highway 2). Also it is connected to Kannauj (Distance 60 km), which is located on the Historical Grand Trunk Road.

Chhibramau is a city with the status of Nagar Palika Parishad and a Subdivision of Kannauj district in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India. The city is lying along the National Highway No. 91 (G.T. Road) on Delhi (Dadri) – Kanpur route. The nearest airport is at Lucknow (150 km) and Gursahaiganj Railway Station is the nearest railway station.
Chhibramau is Nagar Palika Parishad in district of Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. The whole Chhibramau city is divided into 25 wards for which Elections are held after every 5 years. There is supervision of Chairman for Nagar Palika Parishad in the City which is chosen by chhibramau nagar population of age above 18 year old.
Chhibramau Nagar Palika Parishad has total administration over 10,363 houses to which it supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage. It is also authorized to build roads within the city. Nagar Palika Parishad also impose taxes on properties coming under its jurisdiction. In the city there are also some Government (Like Avas Vikas Colony, Kanshiram Colony ) and private authorized colonies (Like Geeta Nagar). which also provide water and sewerage facility to the members of their Colony.
Gram Panchayats- There are 90 Gram Panchayats in the City. For Gram Panchayat there is a provision of choosing Pradhan in every Gram Panchayat . For which elections are held after 5 year. Pradhan is considered as the head of the indivisual Panchayat of their own area.
For Electric facility there is a big Electric House in the city. which provides electric facility throughout in the city and to the villages which are nearby the city .
The city is lying along the National Highway No. 91 (G.T. Road) on Delhi (Dadri) – Kanpur route. You can easily get buses of UPSRTC 24*7 from the roadways bus stand of town for most of cities . Agra Lucknow Expressway is just 10* km from town which can be used as direct and fast route for Delhi.Apart from that Towns and villages within the town are now well linked through major district roads (MDR) and metaled rural roads. Most of the roads are in good condition. The National Highway No. 91 (Kanpur - Delhi) passes from the heart of Chhibramau town. This highway is open to public. Some major roads-

Phaphund railway station is an A graded railway station in Auraiya district, Uttar Pradesh. Its code is PHD. It serves Auraiya district and Dibiyapur town. It is located on Kanpur-Delhi section of Howrah-Delhi main line and Howrah-Gaya-Delhi line.It is one of the main serving railway station on Kanpur-Delhi section of Allahabad railway division. Railway station has now developed very well .It was built under British rule . The station is owned by Indian Railways and operated by North Central Railway consists of 5 tracks and 4 platforms. It facilitates free Wi-Fi in the station campus, parking and bicycle facilities. It is located just 83 km from the Kanpur Central railway station and 148 km from Tundla Junction railway station. It provides connectivity to famous cities like Kota, Agra, Lucknow, Aligarh, Allahabad, Varanasi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Patna, New Delhi etc. Still the work of beautification is required on the station otherwise the status of this railway station is good.

जिला मुख्यालय से 13 किलोमीटर व शहर से 3 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर दक्षिण दिशा में द्वापर युग का भोले शंकर का देवकली मंदिर है। सबसे अहम बात ये है कि मंदिर शिवलिंग स्वयं प्रकट हुआ। जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य के शिष्य मंदिर के महंत स्वामी श्रीश्री 1008 परम पूज्य ललितानंद जी महाराज बताते है कि ये मंदिर द्वापर का मंदिर है। कन्नौज के राजा जयचंद्र की एक थी जिसका नाम बेटी संजोगन देवी था। राजा ने एलान किया कि जो मेरी बेटी से विवाह करेगा उसे दान स्वरूप आधा राज्य दिया जाएगा।
मैनपुरी के राजा सूरज भान ने संजोगन देवी के साथ विवाह किया तब उन्हें जालौन, कानपुर देहात का आधा हिस्सा दान में मिला। संजोगन देवी इसी देवकली मंदिर पर पूजा किया करती थी। सूरज भान ने संजोगन का नाम प्यार में देवकला रख दिया। इसके बाद मंदिर का नाम देवकली पड़ा। मंदिर के आस-पास चरने के लिए आने वाली गायों का दूध अपने आप निकल जाया करता था। स्वयं से प्रकट हुआ शिवलिंग प्रत्येक साल बढ़ता है। शिवलिंग पर चढ़ने वाला दूध और पानी कहां जाता है इसका पता अभी तक नहीं लग सका है।
मंदिर से 1400 एकड़ जमीन लगी है। एक किलोमीटर की दूरी पर बना यमुना नदी का पुल मंदिर की रियासत में बना है। भोले बाबा के दर्शन के लिए पूरे देश से भक्त आते हैं। महाशिवरात्रि के दिन सुबह 4 बजे से मंदिर के कपाट खोल दिए जाते हैं। भक्त सुबह से ही दर्शन के लिए पहुंच लगे। दर्शन करने वाले भक्तों की मंदिर से लाइन लगी जो कि 800 मीटर तक हो गई थी। इस मौके पर पुलिस प्रशासन मुश्तैद रहा। एसडीएम राजेंद्र कुमार, कोतवाल सुधाकर मिश्रा, महिला एसओ दीपा सिहं, एसडीएम अजीतमल सहित 10 एसआई और महिला सिपाही मौजूद रहीं।
