After completing our Memepokhari Trek, we were hoping to head back home but fortune had other plans for us. The CoronaVirus cases had increased significantly and the government issued strict Curfews in all major cities and districts of Nepal. Getting back to Kathmandu was almost impossible. We were stuck in Besisahar for 4 days, and somehow managed to reach Damauli where we are stuck again for a week. Luckily, Maila Dai and a few helping hands come to the rescue and we head for Tangting, to embark on a trek to Kori. We had been planning to visit Kori for over one and a half years and now we were finally doing it.
Watch us as we hustle through elements of nature and difficulties to reach Kori, only to be shut down by the weather for a couple more days. And finally when the weather opened up, we witnessed heaven.
We are thankful to everyone who supported us on this journey, the old friends we met and the new companions we made. Hope you enjoy this video.

So this is Ep. 10 of my Adventures Nepal ride on my KTM adventure 390.
After completing Mustang circuit i decided to ride to Manang valley which is considered to be one of the most challenging route in Nepal..
We started our ride from Besisahar and covered only 45kms and reached Dharapani because we started our ride late due to unavailabilty of petrol in Besisahar due to some reasons. Roads were too bad and proper offroads..

The Manang Valley also knows as cold desert of Nepal,lies in Gandaki province close to the Nepal-Tibet border.
The natural beauty of this district is so beautiful that anyone gets instantly attracted. This beautiful village is surrounded by high peaks and villages. The Annapurna massif circuit lies around this region. Besides the spectacular, barren and colorful peaks,the mountain ambience is very wonderful.
Manang district is located at an elevation of 3519 m above sea level. The magnificent fusion of numerous mountain peaks, glaciers, passes, valleys and human settlement make it a wonderful place. Manang is surrounded by Gorkha and Lamjung in the east, Mustang and Lamjung in the west, Mustang, Gorkha and Tibet in the north and Parbat, Kaski, Lamjung and Mustang in the south. It is known as the land beyond the mountains.
Manang village is a hidden treasure of Nepal. It feels like heaven to be here, the astounding sceneries and local lifestyle consolidate more beauty to this rural land. There are many monasteries in the Manang region. Manang is the real heaven of Nepal. The local settlement, mountains and glaciers, the surrounding makes an unforgettable experience in this wonderland.

I thought that the ride will be smooth, but OMG Nepal is full of surprises. The roads were under construction & in very bad shape. All i can say that this is the mosyt tiring ride.

It was of 9 days' travel in Manang. This vlog is all about the day first.
9:00 am - we left Besisahar
10:00 am - we arrived at Sinho-Sagarmatha hydro Project (Where we can see Nepal's First under-pass way)
10:30 am - Got problem on Jeep (It took 2 hrs for maintenance)
12:30 am - Our journey started again. Had lots of adventure on the way. Some of which are included in this video.
7:00 pm - We finally reached Manang. It was a long travel.

Annapurna Circuit -- Kathmandu to Besisahar
Besisahar is probably where most people start the Annapurna Circuit. To get there from Kathmandu, you'll need to take a private car or take the bus.
Increasingly though, more and more hikers are now taking a jeep from Besisahar to higher elevations like Chame as the lower elevations are getting increasingly more urbanized and no longer worth hiking through.
