Finally after two years without event, the competition is back! Cerf-volant or kite surfing is known here in France. This event is annually and hundreds of beautiful kites brought from 19 countries. This is international competition every April to May. Check out the white sand beach at Berck plage.

Berck sur mer, une plage au soleil, une mer pleine de mystère, la baie d'Authie où vive des phoques, la côte d'Opale vous accueil pour vos vacances ou séjour toute l'année.
Le petit train vous emmènera découvrir l’esplanade, l’hôpital maritime, le phare, la baie d’ Authie, les phoques, la base nautique, la Marianne toute seule, les chapelles, calvaires et niche, le vieux berck avec les maisons de pêcheur, la rue de l’impératrice, l’église notre Dame des sables.
Détente assuré, et bonne humeur, sous le charme de ce petit train, visite commentée avec bande sonore originale, à ne pas manquer.
Découvrir Berck sur Mer de façon originale, au rythme du Petit Train. L'esplanade, l'hôpital Maritime, le phare, la Baie d'Authie, la base nautique, la SNSM, le vieux Berck avec chapelle, calvaire et niches, la rue de l'Impératrice, le musée, l'église Notre Dame des sables... Berck-sur-mer liegt am Rand der Baie d'Authie, einer der letzten im Naturzustand gebliebenen Bucht in Europa. Bei Ebbe sind dort täglich Robben und Seehunde auf ein paar Metern sichtbar.

Kurzer Zwischenstopp in Nordfrankreich, in den Orten Le Hourdel (Somme-Bucht) und in Berck-sur-Mer (Opalküste).
Auf unseren zwei Reisen nach Frankreich haben wir das Land als das optimale Land für Wohnmobilisten kennengelernt. Unkomplizierte Stellplätze, kostengünstig und oft gut gelegen.
So, auch diese beiden Wohnmobilstellplätze vund Orte, um die es in diesem Video geht. Sie waren der Beginn bzw. das Ende unserer Wohnmobilreisen.
Auf dem Weg in die Normandie haben wir jeweils nur kurze Zeit dort verbracht, aber eigentlich haben die Regionen viel mehr Beachtung verdient.
Weite Strände und Begegnungen mit Kegelrobben und Seehunden kann man dort erleben.
Sowohl die Opalküste als auch die Somme-Bucht haben uns begeistert. Und wir haben festgestellt: wir müssen wiederkommen! Knapp 24 h an den jeweiligen Orten waren eindeutig zu wenig.
Aber Achtung: beide Stellplätze sind keine Geheimtipps sondern bei der Franzosen scheinbar sehr beliebt.

In questa prima puntata del videodiario del nostro viaggio in camper in Normandia raccontiamo il lungo trasferimento da Padova a Berck Plage nella regione dell'Alta Francia, dove andiamo ad incontrare una magnifica colonia di foche grigie che si sono insediate in quelle spiagge.
Vedremo anche volare sulla spiaggia di Berck su Mer degli enormi aquiloni in occasione del Ferragosto.
Molto interessante e particolare l'area di sosta gratuita del Volkinger Hutte a Volkingen (vicino a Saarbrücken ) in Germania, dove abbiamo trascorso una notte durante il viaggio di trasferimento verso la Francia del nord.

Berck, parfois appelée Berck-sur-Mer, est une commune française située dans le département du Pas-de-Calais, en région Hauts-de-France. Ses habitants sont appelés les Berckois.
C'est une station balnéaire du sud de la Côte d'Opale ainsi qu'une ville thérapeutique (elle abrite de nombreux établissements hospitaliers). Avec ses 14 189 habitants (dernier recensement en 2017), il s'agit également de la ville la plus importante à 30 km à la ronde, et de la 11e du département du Pas-de-Calais.
Elle est connue pour sa plage, la plus vaste du secteur (7 km de long et 1,5 km de large à marée basse1), et ses rencontres internationales de cerfs-volants qui attirent plus de 500 000 personnes chaque année en avril.

Het park, gelegen op slechts 900 meter van het strand en de gezellige boulevard van Berck-sur-Mer, bestaat uit negen geschakelde woningen en één vrijstaande villa. De eerste woning aan de rechterzijde is in gebruik als receptie.
Alle woningen zijn geschikt voor gebruik met maximaal zes personen en zijn onlangs volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van nieuwe keukens en meubilair. Het interieur is Mediterraans georiënteerd en de keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken voor het hele gezin zoals een combi-oven, koelkast en een vaatwasser. Op beide verdiepingen is een toilet en de badkamer beschikt over een ligbad en douche. Iedere woning beschikt tevens over een eigen tuin met een terrasset.

De Berck à Fécamp - découverte de la Côte d'Opale, mieux que la côte belge
Lorsque nous avons pensé à prendre quelques jours de vacances, le pays des mal-couchés ou mal-levés fut exclu : trop grincheux, trop bruyant, trop cher !
Nous nous sommes donc orientés vers la côte nord de la France.
Pourquoi pas Berck ? A 200 km de Bruxelles !
De là, nous avons rôdé, avant de descendre quelques jours à Fécamp, sur la Côte de Granit.
On y mange mieux et moins cher.
Les gens y sont très gentils, très aimables.
Nous y retournerons pour approfondir nos découvertes et prendre le temps de bien filmer ;-)
