500 abonnees
Een dikke week geleden ben ik de 500 abonnees op mijn kanaal gepasseerd, geweldig! Dank aan iedere abonnee, iedereen die wel eens of erg vaak reageert op mijn filmpjes, het wordt enorm gewaardeerd.
Sinds anderhalf jaar deel ik mijn filmpjes via het gastenboek van Klompenpaden en via verschillende groepen op Facebook. In die anderhalf jaar is mijn kanaal gegroeid van 15 naar 500+ abonnees. Het is dus hoog tijd voor weer eens een special.

Iedere keer wanneer ik een klompenpad loop probeer ik aan het pad een waardering te hangen. Voor mezelf heb ik 10 criteria op een rijtje gezet die ik zelf belangrijk vind bij een wandeling. Dat die criteria niet altijd op elk moment even objectief zijn besef ik ook, het weer speelt mee, je eigen gevoel die dag, je fitheid enz enz. Wanneer ik het gastenboek van de klompenpaden lees zijn de klompenpaden uit mijn top-10 wel absolute toppers.

Aachen is one of our top 10 cities in Germany and worth a visit. Aachen Cathedral is world-famous. And so are the tasty Printen. Aachen is located at the border triangle of Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Because of this location, you can feel Europe everywhere you go. We are theTravellers and show you Aachen in 5 minutes.
We start our Aachen tour at the city hall. It's worth taking a look inside. We continue to the Centre Charlemange city museum. On the way through the old town we eat some Printen. We pass the Elisenbrunnen - another landmark of Aachen. A little further out of town is the Lousberg. From here you have a view of the city from above.
If you're in Aachen for the weekend or even longer, e.g. for ERASMUS at rwth Aachen, it's worth taking a day trip to Monschau and the border triangle.

Heythuysen (Dutch: [ˈɦɛitˌɦœyzə(n)] ; Limburgish: Heitse) is a town in the south-eastern Netherlands.
== History ==
It was first mentioned in 1383 as Heythusen, and means houses on the heath. It was located on the road from Venlo to Antwerp, and between the Bevelandse beek and the Tungelroyse beek. In 1243, it became a border town for the County of Horne. In 1680, Heythuysen became an independent heerlijkheid.The Catholic St Nicolaas Church is a three-aisled church which was built shortly after 1504. In 1847, the current Gothic Revival tower was built. In 1927, the church was enlarged.Heythuysen was home to 275 people in 1840. Iedere maand één wandeling in een andere provincie, mijn uitdaging voor 2022. Doel is natuurlijk wel dat ik de mooiste wandeling per provincie loop.
De eerste helft van het jaar zit erop. In deze video laat ik de mooiste wandelingen zien van Noord-Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland, Zuid-Holland, Limburg en Groningen.
Neem het alsjeblieft niet al te serieus, smaken verschillen nu eenmaal en bij iedere provincie zijn misschien wel drie net zo mooie alternatieven te noemen.

Bezienswaardig op de Veluwe is onder meer deze hoogste waterval van het land. De waterval heeft een verval van 15 meter. De trappen van de waterval zijn uiteraard aangelegd. De waterval is te vinden op een stukje lopen vanaf de parkeerplaats Vrijenberg aan de grote weg (N786) van Loenen naar Beekbergen. Er staan borden.

Wandeling door het heuvellandschap in Berg en Dal en omgeving in april 2021. We passeren onder meer de dorpen Berg en Dal en Beek (gemeente Berg en Dal). Beide dorpen liggen op en tegen een stuwwal ten oosten van Nijmegen. Dit gebied is een populaire plek onder binnenlands toerisme zoals wandelaars en fietsers. In Berg en Dal zijn een aantal bezienswaardigheden te vinden zoals: de Duivelsberg, Wylerberg, attractiepark Tivoli en de restanten uit de Romeinse tijd. Het dorpje beek telt een paar historische gebouwen. Ook diverse (bekende) lange-afstand-wandelingen passeren dit gebied, waaronder het Pieterpad.
