Pour ce nouveau voyage en cabine, nous voici à bord d'une BB7200 FRET SNCF pour continuer de remonter la France par la façade Atlantique. Le départ d'effectue depuis le triage d'Angoulême avec un train porte-autos vide acheminé entre Bassens (Bordeaux) et Mulhouse-Montbéliard.
La vitesse maximale de ce train est de 100km/h, et les 120km du parcours seront effectués en 1h30.
Here we are on board a BB7200 FRET SNCF to continue to go up France by the Atlantic facade. The departure takes place from the Angoulême sorting with an empty car carrier train routed between Bassens (Bordeaux) and Mulhouse-Montbéliard.
The maximum speed of this train is 100km/h, and the 120km route will be completed in 1h30

Voyage en cabine : de Bordeaux à Angoulême 4K
Voici la troisième partie de notre parcours reliant Hendaye à Angoulême, ici au départ de Bordeaux-St-Jean. Les 135 kilomètres de ce trajet seront effectués en 2h30 suite à des travaux sur les voies, ainsi qu'un garage à Coutras pour laisser passer des trains de voyageurs.
Suite à ce garage, nous circulerons dans le sens inverse du sens normal (contre-sens) sur quelques kilomètres, avant de récupérer la voie normale puis d'être ralentis par la signalisation.
En gare d'Angoulême, un nouveau conducteur effectuera la suite du parcours jusqu'en région parisienne.
Here is the third part of our route linking Hendaye to Angoulême, here from Bordeaux-St-Jean. The 135 kilometers of this journey will be completed in 2h30 following work on the tracks, and a stop in Coutras station to let passenger trains pass.
Following this garage, we will travel in the opposite direction to the normal direction for a few kilometers, before recovering the normal track and then being slowed down by the signs.
At Angoulême station, a new driver will carry out the rest of the journey to the Paris

We went around the historic city of Bordeaux, France. You can see how lively the city is amidst the pandemic. Took a 15 to 20 min bus ride from the Bassens port area to Stalingrad-Bordeaux Bus Station, then we walked around the city. Featuring the historic landmarks: Pont de Pierre Bridge, Gate of Burgundy, Porte Cailhau, Place de la Bourse, InterContinental-La Grand Hotel Bordeaux, and the Opera National de Bordeaux. Then we took an UBER ride back since the bus was not available anymore at night.

C'est le plus grand navire (249 m de long et 38 m de large) à avoir accosté à Bassens amont pour décharger 55000 tonnes de granulats. Sa hauteur trop importante ne lui permettant pas de passer sous les fils à haute tension de Montferrant, il à du faire une manoeuvre pour aller accoster Bassens aval et attendre le moment idéal pour quitter Bordeaux.

Bonjour à tous !
A l'occasion de deux jours à Lyon pour aller rechercher un sac oublié, j'ai réalisé un petit spot en gare de Lyon Perrache qui ne s'est pas déroulé tout à fait comme prévu...
En effet, un bagage abandonné est trouvé dans le TGV 6614 devant relier Lyon Perrache à Paris Gare de Lyon. Cela nécessite l'intervention d'une équipe de déminage et des forces de l'ordre.
Pour assurer la sécurité en cas d'explosion, plusieurs voies sont fermées et des trains sont arrêtés à l'entrée de la gare.
La situation rentrera dans l'ordre une heure plus tard avec l'évacuation de la rame vers un faisceau.

En raison d'un bagage abandonné dans ce train, la rame a été vidée des voyageurs ayant déjà embarqué et les services de déminage ainsi que les forces de l'ordre (Police nationale et militaires) se sont rendus sur place.
Une autre rame a été mise en place à Lyon Part Dieu que les voyageurs à Lyon Perrache ont pû prendre en empruntant un TER entre les deux gares.
Sur cette séquence, la rame ne part donc pas en direction de Paris, mais probablement à destination d'un faisceau.
