What To Do in Banting & Tanjung Sepat
What to do in Banting & a bit of Dengkil? We visit the small town of Dengkil to view one of the two last dredging vessels in Malaysia. We then proceeded to the quiet town of Banting and Morib beach. Great place to escape the noise of the city. Places to fish, few beaches (pantai cunang tg sepat) and a lot of local snacks and fruits to pick up along the way. We met members from the Royal Enfield Malaysian Owners Club who were out for a ride and we chatted with them about their club and motorcycles.
We ended our trip at Tanjung Sepat where we visited the qingren qiao local product shop as well as the lovers bridge tanjung sepat local product shop. Good places to pick up local dried seafood and other snacks.
Overall Banting is a town of escape. Its a worthwhile daytrip from KL. Only an hour or so drive from town.
Aerial Drone Istana Bandar - Banting, Selangor
Istana Bandar is a historical palace in Malaysia. It's located in Jugra near Banting, Kuala Langat region, Selangor. As of July 2022, entry to the palace is free.
Sultan Sir Alaeddin Sulaiman Shah, the fifth Sultan of Selangor, lived here until his death in 1938. His grandson, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, who was to be the eight Sultan of Selangor, was born in the palace in 1926.
The palace is usually visited together to three nearby historical sites, Alauddin Mosque or Bandar Mosque, built in the early 1900s. Sultan Abdul Samad Mausoleum, Final resting place for several members of the Selangor royal family and Bukit Jugra, a lighthouse built from 1976 is found here. The palace fell into disuse after independence, when the administrative center of the state was moved to Kuala Lumpur. It was later used as a craft center and a center for studying the Quran.

Morib Beach Malaysia
Morib Beach or Pantai Morib, it takes 1 hour drive from KL.
The beach is located near Simpang Morib, which is about 10km from the town of Banting. Morib attracts more than 10,000 visitors annually.
when we heared the word beach we visualize a white sandy beach, blue sea water, swimming etc. But Morib beach is not like that. you,ll be disappointed if you like to enjoy these types of thing. the beach is muddy and it's really not a place for swimming or play in the sand. But if you want to enjoy quality times with your fnf it will be one of the best choice.
Here during low tide water is very far from the beach, you have to walk a km or middle of the beach to get wet your feet. But once you are there it's rewarding. But it' also dangerous in the high tide cause water suddenly deeped in and some are without notice & you might drown if you're not a strong swimmer. So one should be very careful.
There is green everywhere. It's a great place for kids to enjoy themselves
There is a playground for children and under the open sky and open green plain field children enjoy with kites flying, bubble, car ridding, pony ridding, scooters, roller blades etc.
there are various vendors with toys & entertainment things. these toys really affordable with price from 5rm to 35rm.
Evening you can enjoy live band with local music.
There are food court with lots of food stalls with different types of foods selling like sea food, local food, satay, burger, ice cream, friend chicken, fish, drinks, fresh coconut shakes etc. i like to have deep friend crab of these.
Here usually you’ll see few monkeys hanging around trees but it's ok they don't come near.
There are also few places near Morib beach where you can visit like-
- Kelanang beach
- Batu laut beach
- pantai cunang
- Began latung beach
- Kampung endah
- kuan wellneaa eco park
there are also some hotels in the Morib area including Hotel Impian Morib, Gold cost morib.
Here you’ll get good facilities for clean toilet and prayers room (surau), car parking. here car parking is free.
It's really good place for campaign, picnic, hang out with fnf.
Tjis place also have historical side. it was one of the first landing points on the west coast for the British & Indian Army liberation forces during end of world war II in 1945.
If you like to enjoy great time with your family it will one of the best choice for you. I love to enjoy the sunset of this place. as it is near to Kl one can easily plan a quick day trip to visit, enjoy, relax time with fnf here.

Trip To Pantai Morib, Banting, Selangor
Morib Beach is a popular recreational spot surrounded by whispering Casuarinas and swaying palms. Visitors can watch small crabs that scuttle away and disappear into the sand. Lovers of history will also discover that Morib contains a wealth of historical sites such as ruins of old government buildings, royal graves and an abandoned palace.
GOLD COAST MORIB, Water Theme Park ???????? [4K]
Morib Gold Coast Resort is a Malaysia water theme park resort situated in Kuala Langat about 85km from Kuala Lumpur. There are 672 guess rooms including Apartments (2 & 3 Bedroom), Studio Suite equipped with personal jacuzzi and Penthouse.
