We spend a week in the Winter Wonderland of Finland - Starting in Lapland, we visit the Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi, meet THE Father Christmas, experience a husky ride, and take an Ice Breaker Cruise in the Baltic Sea, walking on the ice and swimming in the freezing cold waters too. Then we drive further north into Lapland, deep in the Arctic Circle to stay in a glass igloo and log cabin trying to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights in the sky, following a reindeer ride.
Finally we finish in Helsinki, Finlands Capital and take a day trip to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia just across the water via Ferry.

Borlänge central station Sweden | Time lapse
Borlänge railway station opened in 1875. It is one of the largest stations in Dalarna. It connects with nearby cities such as Falun, Ludvika and Avesta and buses within the city and the countryside around it.
It also has one of the largest rail yards in Sweden and it takes 2:25h to Stockholm.

4K | SWEDEN - Nature Walk in Nyckelås nature reserve ( Attraction in Jönköping/ Mullsjö)
Nyckelås is an unusually large deciduous forest area with many rare species. The forest spreads out on the slope down to Nässjön and Tidan. Nyckelås has nice watercourse Tidan. During the spring and summer time, there are plenty of thrushes and songbirds in Nyckelås.
It takes only 34 minutes from Jönköping Resecentrum by Car.

The High Coast Trail - Sweden
In the summer of 2022 we hiked the High Coast Trail, or the Höga Kusten-leden, in Sweden. The High Coast Trail is 128km long and follows the coastline between Örnsköldsvik in the north and Hornöberget in the south.
We had just come from hiking in the mountains on the Kungsleden, so we were now enjoying the warm days along the beautiful coast. We only had five days left before we had to return home, so we started our hike at the beginning of the trail in Örnsköldsvik, but instead of hiking all the way to the end in Hornöberget, we finished our trip at the south entrance of Skuleskogens Nationalpark, making our hike along the High Coast about 50km in total.
