HOT TO GET THERE?
From Manila, fly or take the bus to Naga City, Camarines Sur. At SM, take the van to Tigaon Crossing, then a tricycle to Nato Port in Sangay. If you have your own vehicle, just go straight to the port.
You can negotiate for a boat with local fishermen in the area but they have a tourism office at the port. Just pay the applicable fees.
The boat rental will depend on your number as a group. In our case, we were 19 and we paid Php2250. Roughly it's about Php100/head. The tourism officers will determine what kind of boat is needed for your group.
Now if you're only a small group, you may need to wait for another group and join them to pay cheaper boat rental. Or if you're a rich kid, go ahead and rent the biggest boat.lol.
When you arrive at the beach, you will need to pay the environmental fee which is Php 10.00/pax.

Warning: Make sure that you always watch out for your kids because of you know..safety! duh.

Atulayan Island is situated off the coast of Sañgay. The island is shaped like a snail when viewed from afar. It isn’t that famous yet compared to its neighboring tourist site like Caramoan but it is a perfect destination because of its unspoiled and uncrowded beach.
