Le Château de Bellevue en 1750 - Paris - Meudon - Versailles
Construit en moins d'un an entre 1749 et 1750, le château de Bellevue été construit à mi-chemin entre Paris et Versailles sur la commune de Meudon.
Son emplacement exceptionnel, sur le sommet des rives de la Seine dominant toute la plaine de Paris, lui valut son nom : Belle Vue.
Propriété de la Marquise de Pompadour jusqu'en 1757, elle vend alors le château au Roi Louis XV qui va entreprendre des travaux d'agrandissement considérables.
Au décès du Roi, le domaine revient aux filles de Louis XV qui y résideront jusqu'à la Révolution.
Le XIXème siècle signera l'anéantissement total du domaine qui sera démoli et loti en 1823.
Seuls subsistent une partie de la terrasse et quelques traces de bâtiments.
Built in less than a year between 1749 and 1750, the Château de Bellevue was built halfway between Paris and Versailles in the town of Meudon.
Its exceptional location, on the top of the banks of the Seine overlooking the entire plain of Paris, earned it its name: Belle Vue (meaning beautiful view)
Property of the Marquise de Pompadour until 1757, she then sold the castle to King Louis XV who undertook considerable expansion work.
On the death of the King, the estate returned to the daughters of Louis XV who lived there until the Revolution.
The 19th century will sign the total annihilation of the domain which will be demolished and subdivided in 1823.
Only part of the terrace and a few traces of buildings remain.
A Walk Up the Île aux Cygnes, Paris
Île aux Cygnes, English: Isle of the Swans is a small artificial island on the river Seine in Paris, France, in the 15th arrondissement. It was created in 1827 to protect the bridge named the pont de Grenelle. It should not be confused with an earlier Île des Cygnes that was attached to the Champ de Mars in the late 18th century.
The uninhabited island is 2,789 ft long and 36 ft at its widest point, making it the third-largest island in Paris. A tree-lined walkway, named L'Allée des Cygnes (Path of Swans), runs the length of the island. Since 2012, there has been a public workout space with bicycles and a climbing wall underneath the Pont de Grenelle, close to a Statue of Liberty replica.
The island is crossed by three bridges: the Pont de Grenelle, the Pont Rouelle and the Pont de Bir-Hakeim. It is served by the Passy and Bir-Hakeim Métro stations.
A notable feature is a quarter-scale replica of Liberty Enlightening the World, commonly known as the Statue of Liberty, 22 metres tall and facing west in the direction of its larger sibling in New York City. Inaugurated by President Marie François Sadi Carnot on 4 July 1889, nearly three years after its US counterpart, it was donated to the city by the American expatriate community in Paris to mark the centennial of the French Revolution.
The statue originally faced east, toward the Eiffel Tower, but it was turned west in 1937 for the world's fair hosted in Paris that year. At its base is a commemorative plaque, and the tablet in its left hand bears the inscription IV Juillet 1776 = XIV Juillet 1789, recognizing the American Independence Day and the French Bastille Day.
In 1998 to celebrate the Year of France in Japan, the 14-ton statue was transported to Japan and displayed on Odaiba, an artificial island in Tokyo Bay, before returning to Paris the following year. The statue was used as a plot point in the 1988 film Frantic and the 2007 film National Treasure: Book of Secrets.

Voici mon second vlog réalisé à Lille et à Brussels pendant un séjour avec le conseil municipal des jeunes de ma ville.
Pour vous parlez un peu du pourquoi du comment j'ai pu participer à ce voyage, nous commençons l'histoire en 5ème au moment de mon élection au conseil municipal des jeunes de ma ville. Suite à ce premier mandat de deux ans, je me suis représentée en 3ème pour retenter cette aventure qui nous avait déjà permit, avec le premier CMJ, de partir à Strasbourg pour visiter le parlement européen. Pour fêter la fin de notre deuxième mandat, et pour certains leur premier, nous avons proposé encore une fois de partir en séjour. Les raisons de ce séjour étaient : la rencontre avec le conseil Lillois de la jeunesse mais aussi la visite du parlement européen de Brussels.
