Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan ➖ After meeting up with @worldnomac and @YadVenturess last night, it was time to embark on our first road trip here in Kurdistan. We made out way over to Sulaymaniyah, which is actually where Yad grew up, but hadn't visited in over 17 years.
It was a short 2-hour drive through the beautiful mountains and landscape that Kurdistan has to offer, we also stopped for a cheeky kebab right on the Lake. But that didn't stop us from stuffing our faces full of the street food that Sulaymaniyah has to offer!

Iraqi Kurdistan Travel - Highly Recommended!
I follow a lot of travel vlogs including Drew Binsky, Lexie Limitless and Yes Theory among many others. As I saw them head to Iraqi, Kurdistan I thought it must be really someplace special if Drew went there once and then headed back again with some friends.
So 2 of us went there and almost instantly we were surrounded with warm and welcoming people. Our misconceptions and stereotypes were quickly overcome. Not only were the people amazing but the scenery as well.

First Impressions of Duhok in Kurdistan | Iraq Travel Vlog
After exploring Erbil and Akre in Kurdistan in Iraq, I started exploring other parts of Kurdistan. In this video, I travel to Duhok in northern Iraq. Duhok is famous for its beautiful landscapes. I also visit one of the most famous teahouses in Kurdistan, which has been decorated with photos as well as the uniforms and weapons of Peshmerga martyrs.

American travels to Kurdistan (Iraq ????????)
For my first time ever I am traveling to Erbil Kurdistan (Iraq) with my friend @YadVenturess who is actually originally from Kurdistan. In this video, I fly from Milwaukee Wisconsin all the way to Erbil and take you with on my journey. We check into our hotel over at the Ankawa Royal Hotel:
And then we walk around the streets in this area to find a sim card and get invited for some tea. It was a nice introduction into this place before we start exploring in the upcoming vlogs.

What’s ERBIL in Iraqi Kurdistan Really Like? I’ll take you to the tourist sights and way beyond!
In this video I’m going to show you Erbil, also called Hawler – The capital of the Kurdistan autonomous region located within the borders of Iraq.
I spent about a week and a half in Erbil, using it as my base while exploring all over the region, so this video was shot over several days and should give a good impression of the city.
We’ll visit the center and top sights of Erbil Citadel, the Castle Fountains and Gardens, Grand Bazaar and the Jalil Khayat Mosque
As well as this we will also go out to some of the other districts like the rich Dream City area, the abandoned Arab District and the Christian district of Ankawa.

Tigris River and the amazing Bekhal waterfalls in Iraq's desert! EP25
From Duhok we first went to the shore of Tigris river. One of the lifelines of Mesopotamia, the land between two rivers: Tigris and Euphrates. We then went further to Amedi, an ancient city housing Assyrian Christians as well as Muslims. We visited an old Assyrian church before we continued to Bekhal Waterfalls. A canyon-like area near Shaqlawa, north of Erbil.
