10 Africa Countries with the Best Quality Roads 2023

10 Africa Countries with the Best Quality Roads 2023.

Top 10 African Countries with the Best Quality Roads. Welcome to Afro Page and thanks for watching. In today’s video, we shall be counting down the top 10 African countries with the best quality roads. One of the essential factors for economic growth is domestic and international transportation, thus, road infrastructure needs to be maintained and updated regularly. when it comes to ranking countries by their road networks, African countries lag way behind. This is surprising considering the fact that a chunk of the budgetary allocations in many African countries are centered on road development, yet very little can be shown for it. The Global Competitive Report Index is charged with the ranking of roads worldwide to set aside the best from the worst. In ranking the countries, the Global Competitive Report index tracks the performance of approximately 140 countries on 12 pillars of competitiveness, including the quality of road infrastructure development, maintenance and urban-rural balance. In the recent ranking by the Global Competitive Report Index, United Arab, Singapore, and Switzerland, emerged with the best road in the world with scores of 6.2 each, while Mauritania, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Haiti, emerged with the worst roads with score of 2.1.

Top 15 Countries in Africa With World Class Roads in 2023

Namibia, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ghana and Nigeria are among countries in Africa with the most developed Roads. African Countries have made major strides in terms of Infrastructural Development. A sector that has experienced rapid growth and upgrade is the roads and highways sectors. It is however worth noting that these developments have been financed and constructed by outside grants from majorly china with little input from the Local governments. Regardless in the Long Run after the completion of the repayment of the Loans, the roads remains owned by the respective African countries. It is therefore a win win situation in both parties. Some countries, like Tanzania however have complained of being exploited by the Chinese suggesting that the deal only favors the Chinese in the Long Run putting the country into huge debts.

The 10 Best Places To Live & Work In Africa - Around The World

Africa is the second-largest continent in the world in both area and population, covering about one-fifth of the total land surface of Earth.
It is an almost entirely isolated landmass with only a small land bridge in the northeast, connecting the African Mainland with Western Asia.
Africa contains an enormous wealth of mineral resources, including some of the world’s largest reserves of fossil fuels, metallic ores, and gems and precious metals.
This richness is matched by a great diversity of biological resources that includes the intensely lush equatorial rainforests of Central Africa, and the world-famous populations of wildlife of the eastern and southern portions of the continent.
Although agriculture (primarily subsistence) still dominates the economies of many African countries, the exploitation of these resources became the most significant economic activity in Africa in the 20th century.

Climatic and other factors have exerted considerable influence on the patterns of human settlement in Africa.
While some areas appear to have been inhabited more or less continuously since the dawn of humanity, enormous regions—notably the desert areas of northern and southwestern Africa—have been largely unoccupied for prolonged periods of time.
Thus, although Africa is the second largest continent, it contains only about 15% of the world’s population.

The beautiful African cities are amazing places to live in, because they are emerging markets with many business and career prospects, and they have basic infrastructure as well as many attractions for recreation.

If you are thinking of moving abroad and want to experience a different culture, then one option is to make a move to Africa.
Each of the countries on this continent has its own culture and landscape, so each location offers something different in terms of lifestyle.
Every location has both pros and cons, so it is important to consider the options when choosing the best location for you.
Here's the list of the 10 best places to live, to work, to visit in Africa:
10. Seychelles. (best place to visit)
9. Tunisia.
8. Tanzania.
7. Mauritius. (happiest country)
6. Namibia.
5. Kenya.
4. Rwanda. (safest place)
3. Morocco.
2. South Africa. (best place to live)
1. Egypt. (best place to work)

8 DAYS IN TANZANIA (Africa's Best Country!) ????????

► SUBSCRIBE for daily travel videos:
► INSTAGRAM for more!

I'M SO HAPPY that I made it back to the incredible East African nation of TANZANIA! My previous (and only) visit here was back in Jan 2018, where I only visited the island of Zanzibar. But I really missed out because the people, culture, food and nature on the mainland is just about as good as you can find anywhere on this planet.

My friends at Qatar Airways reached out and offered to fly me and Deanna on business class to Tanzania, and we couldn't say no! I've never had a better flying experience in my life... and Tanzania was just amazing! We began our trip in Arusha, then went to Ngorongoro Conservation area before heading deep into the Serengeti for 3 nights and finally ending in a town called Moshi. Tanzania is a phenomenal country inside and out, and I can't wait to show you more of this country over the coming 2 weeks!

In my latest $10 episode (45th episode overall) I take you on the bustling streets of Moshi, Tanzania - a small, yet energetic town on the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. I teamed up with my friend and local celebrity named Nick Reynolds (AKA Bongozozo), and together we had a blast hitting the markets and also hitting the links (this is the first time that I've been able to purchase a full 18 holes of golf for under $10!).

Truth be told, I wasn't expecting this video to be as fun as it was -- and I'm hungry for more!!! I'm having the time of my life on this trip to Tanzania and I hope you guys are enjoying the content.
