在福建厦门有一家专卖煎饼的小吃店，老板是一位广东美女，因为爱吃，放弃了服装生意，转行做煎饼创业，虽然煎饼只有牛肉韭菜和梅菜2种口味，一天还能至少卖500个，在厦门安家，我们慕名来品尝一下。
美女做的叫金丝牛肉饼，每天早上5点就要起来备菜，牛肉和韭菜搅拌均匀，面团揉好后浸泡在油里，提升面团的延展性，一锅卖完就现做，把面团擀成长长的薄皮后，裹上馅料卷起来，最后一段刮成条卷起来，在平底锅里2面油炸至金黄酥脆即可。牛肉馅7块一个，梅菜馅6块一个，牛肉饼表皮十分酥脆，一咬还会爆汁，鲜香可口，不管是当早餐、午餐还是晚餐都可以，皮薄馅大。
