赤坎古镇位于广东省江门市，这里不仅有古色古香的骑楼建筑群，还有美食三宝。柴火做煲仔饭，颗粒分明的丝苗米，加入黄鳝腊肉腊肠，浇入特制的酱油汁调味，煲底还有香脆的黄金锅巴。加了鱼滑的豆腐角，煎的两面金黄，入口香酥。还有广东大街小巷都有的糖水小铺，香甜的三扣糖水里加入了赤坎特色的红豆沙，阿星品尝广式街头美味小吃。

延吉这个东北的边陲小城，是延边朝鲜族自治州的州府，这里不仅能体验朝鲜族的文化风情，还能品尝地道的美食。热闹的水上市场凌晨5点开市，8点就结束了，各种各样的特产和小吃，汤饭，米肠，炸鸡年糕，紫菜包饭，打糕，都是别处没有的。阿星起了个大早来品尝朝鲜族风味早餐。

Axing sits around the well and eats Youtiao with Doujiang, seafood noodle with rich sauce and spices, and climbs the stairs to eat beef offal, finally sits in the small park and has a bowl of Cantonese-style sugar water.

【雪鱼环海南岛美食之旅07】从海南岛海口市出发，自驾一路向东，穿过跨海大桥来到文昌。文昌鸡的招牌，在全海南都很有名气，白切、盐焗，或用椰汁炖煮，都是最地道的做法！保持原汁原味的口感，吃到食材本来的味道，清新而自然。
白切鸡，听本地朋友说，要用筷子夹住鸡脖子在滚烫的热水中来回汆烫几次，用滚水浇鸡皮，里面的鸡骨头带点血红，才是刚好熟透又不老的程度。配的蘸料是用卤汁冲泡的姜丝，加点青柠，酸爽解腻！
盐焗鸡，铁锅盛满海盐，里面藏好7到8只鸡，鸡肚子里塞入调味解腥的材料，外面先包纸，再埋入海盐中，经过1个小时的时间，鸡皮爽脆，鸡肉鲜嫩，当地人都要搭配一碗白粥来喝，听起来就觉得舒服。
