Zarechny (Заре́чный, Penza-19) - Closed town, Russia
Zarechny (Russian: Заре́чный), called Penza-19 (Пе́нза-19) in 1962–1992, is a closed town in Penza Oblast, Russia, located 12 kilometers east of Penza. Population: 63,601 (2010)
It was formed in 1958 on the territory of Penza's Zarechny City District. It was closed and named Penza-19 in 1962 and renamed Zarechny in 1992.
Zarechny's main employer is Rosatom and a major industry is manufacture of nuclear weapon components. Other industries include electronics and software.

Learning Through Interaction or LTI is a very effective and enjoyable way to improve English proficiency, much better than traditional classroom based learning.
Enhancement of (second) language skills through classroom based training and language lab exercises have consistently failed to produce satisfactory results. Strain and stress on students caused by these boring sessions lead quickly to fatigue.
Through a number of client organized summer camps held at Philippines Clark Freeport Clearwater Resort employing the LTI strategy, it appears that this is a much more effective approach to learning and enhancing English Language skills.
Learning through interaction dramatically reduces number of classroom and laboratory hours. Instead, time is spent in organized activities that promote real-life encounters and interactions with native English-speaking personnel. The use of English language becomes essential and this eliminates inhibition on the part of the student. Conversing in English becomes a natural exercise rather than a boring learning process. Mistakes are corrected on the spot and learning is done not by repeating after a teacher or a voice recording but listening to a real person.
Clark Philippines is blessed with an American culture left behind by the US forces during the time when Clark was their largest foreign airbase. Now it is officially a Philippines Freeport which has the lowest crime rate and no traffic problems. Getting there is quite simple: after entering Clark Freeport from Dau and Angeles City, proceed straight along the main highway MA Roxas, passing the stand-along wine shop called Clark Wine Center on your right, continue to bear right making no turns at all, go past Mimosa Leisure Estate on the opposite side of the road, you will hit a major intersection. Go straight and the road becomes Creekside Road. YATS Clearwater Resort and Country Club is on your right just 200m down.
