নাস্তা সেরে নিজেদের ঠিক করা গাড়িতে বেড়িয়ে পড়ুন প্রথম গন্তব্য রিসাং ঝর্ণা (Risang Waterfall) দেখার উদ্দেশ্যে। বর্ষা ও পরবর্তী মাস গুলোতে ঝর্ণায় পানির পরিমান অনেক বেশি থাকে, শীতকালে তা অনেক কমে যায়। ঝর্ণার পাদদেশে এসে পাহাড়ি রাস্তায় ২৫ থেকে ৩০ মিনিট হেটে যেতে হবে।
রিসাং ঝর্ণায় সময় কাটিয়ে চলে যান মাত্র ৩ কিলোমিটার দূরে অবস্থিত আলুটিলা পর্যটন কেন্দ্রে। আলুটিলা গুহায় (Alutila Cave) প্রবেশের আগে মূল গেটের কাছ থেকে ৩০ টাকা দিয়ে টিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে হয়। আলুটিলা গুহার দৈর্ঘ্য ৩৫০ ফুট ও গুহামুখটির ব্যাস প্রায় ১৭-১৮ ফুট। গুহার ভিতরটি গা ছম ছম করা পরিবেশ। গুহার এক প্রান্ত দিয়ে ঢুকে অন্য প্রান্ত দিয়ে বের হতে মাত্র ১০ থেকে ১৫ মিনিট সময় লাগে।
আলুটিলা পর্যটন কেন্দ্র ঘুরে দেখে চলে যান পরের গন্তব্য ৪ কিলোমিটার দূরে হর্টিকালচার হ্যারিটেজ পার্কে (Horticulture Heritage Park)। হর্টিকালচার হ্যারিটেজ পার্কের জনপ্রতি প্রবেশ টিকেটের মূল্য ৩০ টাকা। পার্কের অভ্যন্তরে আছে চমৎকার ঝুলন্ত সেতু, সুইমিং পুল, কৃত্রিম হৃদ, দোলনা, টয় ট্রেন, কিডস জোন, বোট রাইডিং, পিকনিক স্পট, গেস্ট হাউজ, বার্ডস পার্ক ও অবজারভেশন টাওয়ার, বাগান প্রভৃতি।
দুপুরের খাবার খেয়ে বিকেল বেলা চলে যান আলুটিলা তারেং (Alutila Tareng) দেখতে। প্রায় ১০০০ফুট উঁচু খাগড়াছড়ির আলুটিলা পাহাড়ের উপর এই তারেং। যেখান থেকে আপনি পুরো খাগড়াছড়ি শহরটাকে দেখতে পাখির চোখে দেখতে পারবেন।
তারেং দেখা শেষে কিংবা সন্ধ্যা হতে ঘন্টাখানিক সময় হাতে থাকলে ৫ কিলোমিটার দূরে নিউজিল্যান্ড পাড়া (New Zealand Road) দেখতে চলে যান। নিউজিল্যান্ড রোডে সূর্যাস্ত দেখে খাগড়াছড়িতে অথেনটিক আদিবাসী খাবারের জন্য প্রসিদ্ধ সিস্টেম রেস্তোরাঁয় (System Restaurant) রাতের খাবার খেয়ে নিতে পারেন।
◼️ ভ্রমণ খরচ | Khagrachari Tour Cost
ঢাকা থেকে গেলে জনপ্রতি খরচ কেমন হবে তার একটা ধারণা দেওয়া হলো-
বাস ভাড়া = ৫২০ + ৫২০ টাকা
সিএনজি ভাড়া = ৫০০ টাকা (৪ জন হলে জনপ্রতি)
নাস্তা = ৫০-১০০ টাকা
দুপুরের খাবার = ১০০-২০০ টাকা
রাতের খাবার = ১০০-২০০ টাকা
সর্বোমোট = ১৭৯০ থেকে ২০৪০ টাকা

Dighinala is an Upazila of Khagrachari District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
It is the biggest upazila of Khagrachhari district in respect of area. It came into existence in 1916 as a thana and was upgraded to upazila in 1984. It is said that in the long past, Raja Manikkya Bahadur dug a big pond (meaning Dighi in Bangla) by the side of a canal (meaning Nala in Bangla) .It is generally believed that the upazila might have originated its name from above two words Dighi and Nala.
Dighinala is a hilly area. It is bounded by tripura state of India on the north, langadu upazila on the south, baghaichhari upazila on the east, panchhari and khagrachhari sadar upazilas and Tripura state on the west. Golamoon, Karmi Mura, Lutiban, Kuradia hills are notable.
Dighinala is the natural wild beauty of Khagrachari. It is one of the best place to travel. By traveling there enjoy the beauty of the nature. The tourists who seek nature in restful mood, Dighinala can be an ideal spot for them. Dighinala is the gateway of Sajek Valley.
Dighinala is situated on the bank of river Mainee. The beauty and bounty of Dighinala is boosted by the gracious presence of eye-soothing river Mainee. The MaineeValley is well known as Crop Repository of Khagrachari Hill Tracts. Variety in lifestyles is reflected among the people living besides this river estuary. Their way of living is quite different from those living in the plane. The main ethnic groups living in Dighinal are Tripuris, Chakmas, Bengalis and Marmas. The main tourist attractions of Dighinala Upazila are Toiduchara waterfalls, Dighinala Bon Bihar, Raja manikker Dighi etc.

Horticulture Park is a very popular park located in the Khagrachhari district which is rich in natural beauty, hills, and springs. The Horticulture Heritage Park has been built across a 22-acre hill in the Zeromile area of the district town. The park has a beautiful hanging bridge and a large swimming pool. The environment inside the Horticulture Park is quite pleasant. A great place to spend time with friends and family. There are also toy trains, swings, and watchtowers inside the park. There are also flower gardens and various species of fruit trees.
The entrance fee to the park is 20 Tks.

The main reason for coming to Rangamati is to enjoy the scenic splendor of Kaptai Lake, the country's largest artificial lake, which was created in 1960, The lake, dotted with islands, is unquestionably beautiful and a boat trip across a fantastic way to spend a day out here. Construction of the reservoir for the hydro-electric plant began in 1956 by the Government of East Pakistan. As a result, 54,000 acres (220 km2) of farmland in the Rangamati District went underwater and created the lake.

Khagrachari is a hilly area. It is bounded by the tripura state of India on the north, Rangamati and chittagong districts on the south, Rangamati district on the east, Chittagong District and Tripura state of India on the west. Notable hill ranges are Golamoon, Chotto Panchari, Karmi Mura, Lutiban, Kuradia, Bhanga Mura, Jopisil.
It has three rivers, namely Chengi, Feni and Maini. Chengi is the longest river in Khagrachhari. The main ethnic groups living in the district are Tripuris, Chakmas, Bengalis and Marmas.

Ramgarh is an Upazila of Khagrachari District in Bangladesh. It is located near the Tripura border in India. It is one of the oldest and most popular destinations of the natural beauty. Not only natural beauty, Ramgarh is also famous historically. It played a vital role during the period of our Liberation War.
There are some tourists' attractions in this upazila like Bangabandhu Park, BGB Monument, Ramgarh Horticulture Centre. Soil Coservation & Research Centre, Kolshi Mukh, Historical SDO Bungalow, Ramgarh Tea Estate etc.

লোকডাউনএর পর আমি ও মানিক প্ল্যান করছিলাম কোথায় যাওয়া যাই। বন্ধুমহলে জানালেও সবার সময় সুযোগ হচ্ছিলনা। রিশাদ শুনতেই জানিয়ে দিলো সে যাবে। অন্য কারো সারা না পেয়ে আমরা তিনজনেই খাগড়াছড়িতে ২/৩ দিন নিরিবিলি কাটিয়ে আসবো সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম। ঠিক আগে মুহর্তে রাফিদ দলে ভিড়লে শেষমেশ ৪ বন্ধু মিলে বাইকে করে রউনা করলাম।
রওনা পথ জানতে পারলাম লোকডাউনএর পরে খাগড়াছড়িতে ভ্রমণে এখনো জটিলতা রয়েছে। আগেই কথা হয়েছিলো বন্ধু মাসুদের সাথে, সে সন্ধ্যায় বাড়ির পথে রওনা করছে। চট্টগ্রাম খাগড়াছড়ি সড়কের মানিকছড়িতে তার বাড়ি। ফোন জানালো আমরা প্রথম রাত তার বাড়িতেই থাকতে, পরে সে আমাদের খাগড়াছড়ি সহ বিভিন্ন যাকে ঘুরাতে নিয়ে যাবে।
রাতে তার বাড়িতে গিয়ে আমাদের খুব পছন্দ হলো জায়গাটা, আমাদের সাদরে গ্রহণ করলো তার পরিবার। খাবারে ভূরিভূজ আয়োজন হয়েছে। ফ্রেশ হয়ে খেয়ে দিয়ে আড্ডা দিয়ে ঘড়িতে কখন রাত ৩টা বাজলো খেয়ালই করিনি। শেষে যখন ঘুমাতে গেলাম তখন বুঝতে পারলাম তাদের ঐখানে বিদ্যুতের বেবস্থা নাই।
সকালে ঘুমথেকে উঠলাম অনেক দেরিতে। ফ্রেশ হয়ে নাস্তা সেরে বেরিয়ে পড়লাম কাছেই মাসুদের আনারস বাগান দেখতে, তারপর গেলাম মানিকছড়ি থেকে সিন্দুকছড়ি হয়ে মহালছড়ি যে সংযোগ সড়ক নির্মাণ করা হচ্ছে সেটা দেখতে। সারাদিন ঘুরে ফিরে সন্ধ্যা নামার মুখে আবারো মাসুদের বাড়িতে ফিরলাম।
সন্ধ্যার পরে বাড়িতেই আড্ডা ও খাবারের আয়োজনে মোতে রইলাম। সকালে অনেক দেরি করে ঘুমথেকে উঠে নাস্তা সেরে ব্যাকপ্যাক নিয়ে বেরিয়ে পড়লাম চট্টগ্রামের উদ্দেশ্যে। আসার সময় রামগড়, বারোয়ারহাট হয়ে চট্টগ্রাম ফিরবো সিদ্ধান্ত ঠিক করলাম। রামগড় সংযোজ সড়ক খুবই সুন্দর এই পথে আমাদের অনেকেই আগে ভ্রমণ করিনি। বিকেল নাগাদ মিরেরসরাই পৌঁছে একটি ড্রাইভার হোটেল এ লাঞ্চ করে সন্ধ্যা নাগাদ চট্টগ্রামে গেলাম।
তিনদিন দুইরাতের ভ্রমণে আমরা সকলে দারুন এক অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে আবারো নতুন কোথায় ঘুরতে যাওয়ার রেষ নিয়ে সহিসালামতে বাড়ী ফিরলাম।
আমাদের নতুন সব অভিজ্ঞতার সাথে থাকুন। লাইক, কমেন্ট, ও শেয়ার করে উৎসাহ যোগাবেন। যেকোনো ভুলভ্রান্তি যথাসম্ভব চেষ্টা করবো শুধরে নেবার।

১৮৬০ সালের ২০ জুন রাঙ্গামাটি, খাগড়াছড়ি ও বান্দরবান- এই তিন পার্বত্য অঞ্চলকে নিয়ে পার্বত্য চট্টগ্রাম জেলা সৃষ্টি হয়। জেলা সৃষ্টির পূর্বে এর নাম ছিল কার্পাস মহল। পার্বত্য চট্টগ্রাম জেলা থেকে ১৯৮১ সালে বান্দরবান এবং ১৯৮৩ সালে খাগড়াছড়ি পৃথক জেলা সৃষ্টি করা হয়!
খাগড়াছড়ি একটি নদীর নাম। নদীর পাড়ে খাগড়া বন থাকায় পরবর্তী কালে তা পরিষ্কার করে জনবসতি গড়ে উঠে, ফলে তখন থেকেই এটি খাগড়াছড়ি নামে পরিচিতি লাভ করে।
মুক্তিযুদ্ধে অবদান মং রাজা
মং রাজবংশের সপ্তম রাজা মং প্রু সাইন মুক্তিযুদ্ধের সময় পাকিস্তানী মিলিটারীর বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধে ঝাপিয়ে পড়েন। মুক্তিবাহিনীদেরকে যুদ্ধ করার জন্য তার রাজ্যে ব্যবহৃত প্রায় ত্রিশ ধরনের অস্ত্র, গাড়ি ও খাবারের রসদ যোগান দেন। এছাড়াও যুদ্ধের সময় ভারতে আশ্রয়গ্রহণকারী বাংলাদেশী শরনার্থীরা যাওয়ার সময় উক্ত রাজবাড়িটিতে বিশ্রাম নিতেন। আর শরনার্থীদের জন্য রাজা খাবার, চিকিৎসা ও থাকার ব্যবস্থা করেন। পরবর্তীতে পাকিস্তানী হানাদার বাহিনী রাজবাড়িতে আক্রমন করলে রাজা তার পুরো পরিবার নিয়ে ভারতে আশ্রয় নেন। আর সেখান থেকে প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে নিয়ে ট্যাংক বহরের সাথে তিনি বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন জায়গায় মুক্তিযুদ্ধে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। যার জন্য তিনি মিত্রবাহিনীর কাছ থেকে অনারারি কর্নেল র্যাঙ্ক পদবীতে ভূষিত হন। যুদ্ধ শেষে তিনি তার পরিবার নিয়ে উক্ত রাজবাড়িতে ফিরে আসেন। ১৯৮৪ সালে রাজা মং প্রু সাইন মুত্যুবরণ করেন।

Dhumnighat is a unique tourists spot in Khagrachari Hill Tracts. It has a mythological background. It's a famous Hindu pilgrimage. It is situated just on foot of Sita Hill. The natural beauty of this location is eye-soothing. Due to inaccessibility & in the absence of publicity it remains unexplored to the tourists. A very few people visit the spot every year.
Dhumnighat is at Mohalchari upazila in the district of Khagrachari. It is about 38 km from Khagrachari town and 8 km from Mohalchari upazila headquarters. It is beside the Mohalchari-Sindukchari Road. The spot is about 700 feet below from the road. It takes 10-12 minutes to reach here on foot from the road.
Dhumnighat is a renowned Hindu Pilgrimage in Bangladesh. According to Hindu mythology, in the Treta era Lord Ram with his younger brother Lakshmon and his beloved wife Sita stay in this hill tracts during the 14 years period of their forest living. One day while walking in the forest they felt tired & thirsty. They were looking for water to quench their thirst. To turn around once they came to the stream and drank water from here. Since that Dhumnighat becomes a holly place to the Hindu faith followers. Every year a religious ceremony is held here at 'Modhokrishan Troyodashi Tithi' in the bangla month of `Chaitra' named `Baruni Snan'. At this time a big fair is sitting down here. Lots of Pilgrims from different parts of the country as well as from neighboring countries like India, Nepal and Myanmar gather here in the hope of attaining virtue.
Some evidences surrounding Hill Tracts make more believable the presence of Lord Ram in this locality during the period of their forest living like 'Sita Hill' of here, 'Sitakunda' at Chittagong, 'Sitaghat' and 'Sitagonga' at Rangamati, 'Ram-Sita Temple' at Ramu, and `Sita Porikha' & 'Ramgiri' at Mongdu in Arakan, Mynmar.
There are many fables about Dhumnighat. There is a legend, if one claps here for a time being the crystal clear water of this stream becomes fishy. After some time it becomes clear like before as usual. Again, trekking ahead through the slippery trail to Sita Hill, the holly Footmark of legend Sita is found. However, this particular place still has not yet been identified, that's why the truth of this statement remains still mysterious.
Rainy Season is the best time to travel Dhumnighat when two waterfalls actively run here and the surrounding greenery gets charming look.
